It was right on the beach which was wonderful. The units were a little tired and floor tiles dirty.

As soon as I walked into our unit I nearly gagged on the smell of musky mold. The room was nothing like it was advertised as. I got my refund immediately and left. Asked if they had any thing else - maybe better, but was told no. There were no other guests booked in. The place was empty. Forget it.

Friendly, helpful management and we appreciated the upgrade to upstairs apartment with ocean views from the shared balcony. Walking track and trees close and fabulous. Facilities a little tired and thin walls didn’t keep out much noise from surrounding units. Still, a good stay.

Maryanne was very accommodating of our late arrival. She was also helpful in securing us another night. She assisted me with my laundry request and gave helpful local food advice. The unit was spacious & clean. All appliances worked. Having our unit literally steps from the local beach was amazing! Couldn't resist dragging our chairs onto the beach for a cheeky dinner. Would stay again.

The extremely clean unit and the managers George and Maryanne went above and beyond for us... We stayed there 3 yrs ago and coming back for sure in April this year .

Warm welcome on arrival. Property was old but clean. Very close to the beach, great for an afternoon walk. The full coconut trees made me a bit nervous though…look up before you park your car.

Fantastic location and brand new aircon but unfortunately that was it. Place need a major reno. Floor was so dirty have to have shoes on at all time, got a musky smell in the room, toilet seat is broken or not fitted properly.
However, staff is really nice and helpful for late check in.

The owners so friendly and helpful.Nothing to much trouble.Metres from the beach and 2km from a cafe and Horseshoe bay.1 bedroom apartment was spacious and quiet overlooking garden.Water pressure in shower low .My only suggestion a toaster be a handy addition but other than that would stay again no hesitation

However the bed was good, nice to be close to the beach and worked well as a short overnight stay during our trip.

This is the third time I have stayed the management are very accommodating it’s right on the beach front and very quiet

The property is beautifully located right on the beach. It's an older style of building but our apartment was very spacious and had been renovated in the bathroom. Everything else was meticulously clean.The TV and wifi were good as well.I'd recommend this property as good value.Will stay here next time we're in Bowen. Many thanks.

We were given a self contained unit facing the beach. It was right on the water, a beautiful bonus. The place was very clean and pleasing to the eye with everything provided. The hosts were really lovely.

The location was superb, beachside. All staff were really lovely and very friendly. The room and resort was quite run down, but we could see rooms were being done up throughout the complex. The beds were comfy, the room was clean and had everything we needed. There are only stairs going to the first floor, could be a problem for anyone with heavy luggage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wish the owners well with their renovations. It is such a beautiful location. Thanks so much.

The location was right on the beach with nice gardens. Our unit was a 2 bedroom garden view. The 2nd bedroom was very small and had 2 single beds, one of which would not fit a tall adult. The unit was tidy and clean but was very outdated and in great need of refurbishment. The furniture was was very basic. It was not like the photos on the website. The relieving manager was very friendly and helpful.

The screen doors didn't work; one set couldn't be closed, and the other set fell off their hinges when we tried to move them, and there was no screen at all over the window in the bathroom. The kitchen included just 1 bowl and 2 spoons, so we ended up going out shopping to buy our own, which was precisely what we had wanted to avoid by booking somewhere with a kitchenette. We'd stay there again but we'd go prepared.
