Loved this property. For a motel it was extremely clean. Well appointed and the service was excellent. The bedrooms were warm and cosy.

brilliant location, opposite King Edward Park and a short walk from town. property was in great condition. best thing was the little touches, such as a multi-adaptor charger provided at the bedside.

I usually stay here 3 or 4 times a year. It is a good location on the main New Plymouth road, and handy for the town centre. On this occasion my room was clean and well prepared. The internet worked, and so did the Sky TV.

Friendly staff and keen to make sure we had a nice stay. Clean and comfortable all around. Access to laundry was available for a fee, so we didn't end up using.

Fantastic place to stay. Very quiet, comfortable bed and everything thought of from phone charger to daily milk, even cookies on arrival. Highly recommended.

It was great place to stay and opposite the park so kids can easily go there and you don’t have to go for lo g drive with kids.

The family unit was spacious for 3 small children. Very handy to swimming pool and King Edward Park. Town was also an easy walking distance from accommodation. The unit was spotless and all staff were friendly plus helpful. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

PStayed here overnight while exploring Surf Highway.
Received a friendly welcome from the relief managers. Even some fresh milk and biscuits.
Our room was excellent. Spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but could have done with new pillows. Bit flat. Our room had everything we needed, all in good working order.
The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars was the road noise. The managers graciously moved us to about midway in the motel, but we could still here traffic noise from inside the room.
Apart from that it’s a lovely modern property and we enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here; the room was very clean and modern, nice and quiet too. Right across the road from the pools and King Edward Park and within walking distance to town. Staff were brilliant - thank you for having us, we'll be back for sure!

stayed while attending a horse event at the A&P show grounds, very handy to walk to without using the cars. Was a warm welcome from reception and ease of checking in. Had freshly baked biscuits waiting in the room which were delicious, good range of tea and coffee products
