Excellent facilities, very nic accommodation at a reasonable price

good location with lots of on street parking, this hotel offers apartment stays in period building with some fine period features including high ceilings. There definitely needs to be some maintenance to shower caulking and grout and the shower fixture itself must have been broken by a previous guest and was no longer adjustable which is not good. The sound proofing between 2 bedrooms with the doors shut was deplorable and you could hear your friends turn over it was so bad...might not be good for couples wanting privacy once the door is closed! The kitchen offers basic sachets of coffee/tea and cookies and there was milk in the fridge...no dishwasher. No reception during our stay...lockbox key access and key drop...not sure how you would pay for minibar??? Old photos of Ballarat would be preferable to the Eiffel Tower!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was clean and well set up. Had a slight delay when getting our room access but this was sorted very quickly

In addition to a couple of minor things in the bathroom which were broken, we found our room to be a little noisy. Both from the road and the apartment above.

The rooms are beautifully clean and modern. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The only downside was there is not a lift to get to the second floor with your luggage and post chemotherapy this was also challenging.

Have stayed here twice but 6 years apart and certainly does not disappoint. Absolutely stunning property. Beds are Devine to sleep ion and it is immaculately clean. Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying here and we think it is a great place for a family. Highly recommend!!!

Great accommodation, location and close to everything

The property lived up to its name with spacious rooms and top quality facilities. It is near to the centre and has very good parking. Check in and check out were very easy and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Nice room, and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and tidy except the shower was a bit dirty. Mini bar items available but quite expensive so bring your own.

The room was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, very modern, styled very well. Kitchenette with microwave & bar fridge. Fantastic bathroom. Very quiet. Didn't hear any other guests. I was able to extend my stay with no issue at all. I also asked (Cassie) for late check-out an hour before I was due to check-out and there was no issue. All communication was fantastic. Highly recommended and will stay here again. Thanks for a great stay

Everything (almost) about Premier Apartments pleases.There were just two small niggles - the kitchenette needs a light and the shower tiles are slippery.Otherwise, we can highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay again.

No communication on how to checkin.. no one at reception. Little to no parking except on the street. Horrible sleep due to what sounded like trees scraping against the building in the wind.

Room was excellent and the only let down was a teaspoon was sticky and there was a coffee stain on the bed cover but everything else was spotless. I’d have no hesitation is recommending this place to anyone wanting a top class room when staying in Ballarat.
