Great place to stay. Large rooms. I stay there all the time.

Good place to stay — room 20- large and big bathroom. Good bed. Curtains and windows could be updated in next reno otherwise clean and in good order. Close to shops and cafes/restaurants. Undercover safe parking. We enjoyed 2 nights here.

Shower head too small, I’m not tall and I had to duck to shower, good size area just shower head too low, tried to call reception a few times in the morning to ask for an extra 30min to leave the motel with no answer ( the child staying with us had some issues and needed a few more minutes) the manager abused us for asking and tried to push through us to get into our room, ( the child was still getting dressed ) we stopped her and got abused again, reception staff where great. Will not stay again though..

Clean and tidy, convenient to dining and most facilities.

The room and facilities were very clean, great shower, and comfortable bed. We would stay there again for sure.

This place was a heavenly oasis for weary travelers. Easy check in, very well appointed rooms and a shower like no other I’ve had in my 60 years! Spotlessly clean. Easy food options in walking distance. Wish I could give it more stars.

Great play to stay. Clean and close to lots of places to eat.

The room was completely enclosed with no windows despite other rooms having windows. There were doves/pigeons making a racket above the ceiling in the evening and morning. The toilet seat was semi-detached - not very safe. The free WIFI options were not available to connect to from within the room. We would stay elsewhere another time.

great location, needs a bit of an update.

The Grand Motel was very much a letdown. They advertise on their website that they have Foxtel. They do not. They advertise that they have free Internet. They do have free Internet. It just doesn’t work. It took five minutes for a page to load and when I went to Speedtest the download speed was 0.11. it’s funny that they have in their book, in the room that if you stream movies or play games or use too much Internet you’ll get banned - you can’t even send an email The room was a good size. If you’re in the centre of the motel you do not get a window. You get a skylight with a metal shutter and you get to hear the pigeons make a lot of noise. The bed was good. The shower was hot. The area is a nice area. if you want to use the spa make sure you give them plenty of notice cause it’s not turned on and if you want to use the sauna, you can’t because it doesn’t work. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything that’s happening in the rooms around you and down the hall. Everything echoes so it can get very noisy. The underground parking is good

Property was good and central. Starting to look a bit tired. Staff were great and friendly.

Great location in the centre of town with secure under cover parking. Our room was clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed with lovely linen.

Apart from a dirty towel that was promptly replaced, the whole experience was great.

The Grand in Griffith is a very nice modern motel. The room was very nice, with lots of space and very comfortable bed.

Motel is getting old and in need of some maintenance the room we were given had no windows just a dirty skylight

We found stains on doona and when this was informed to hitel staff, they became defensive indicanting that it was commercially cleaned after every customer left. Building.is old.
