Everything was perfect! I made a special request which was granted and Joy at the front desk made me feel welcome the moment that I arrived. Enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant and my 1 night stay felt like a weekend rest ~ thank you, I’ll be back!

Group guests together? Small children arrive at 3 am. The noise kept us up until 630 am. Concerns were dismissed. Not satisfied.

The room was very nice and comfortable but when I was checking out at 3am the front desk didn't want to give me a receipt because I booked my room with Expedia. Not very happy because I have no way to print i work out of my 18 wheeler all good I want stay at bcminn anymore

It’s a older motel. There was tractor trailers running all night in the parking lot made it hard to sleep.

Very quiet and great location. The gentleman who helped me check in was super. The next 2 interactions with ladies at the front desk, not so much. They made me feel like I was bothering them, not as friendly.

This is a excellent place to stay, and at a great price. I`ve always preferred Motels vs.Hotels. For the simple fact of the privacy, that you can`t get at a hotel. Having my own private entrance is key for me with having a dog that may need to tinkle at any given time lol. This was definitely a place that felt comfortable,& private. And as close as you will get to feeling like home. Motels are usually a hit or miss, but this place was for sure a hit in my opinion. The Room was Spacious, very clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchenet that's out of the way, was great also complete with a Mini fridge, toaster, microwave & a Keurig coffee machine stocked with the all the necessities. I`d recommend this place to anyone, and it was also a convenient place to stay with anything you may need within walking distance. Rusty`s was well worth the price,& compared to your typical hotel room, that are easily double the price, I will definitely be back should I ever need a place to stay in Fort Mc Murray again. Thanks :-)

place was busy, but lots of parking. Restraunt and bars close, food was great in onsite bar. Boot warmer in room and free snow brush at check out. reasonable prices

This was one of the cleanest room’s I’ve ever stayed in. Staff are super friendly. Will definitely stay there every time I’m up there.
