We had only a couple of days to get away, so we decided to try a new place. The reviews for this inn were encouraging, and they were right! The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, perfect for us. We will be back.

1950's updated Motel with no amenities. Beds were uncomfortable although, room was Clean. 2nd Floor porch had dirty furniture, railings and was spider web infested.

Nice hotel. Outside is decorated very nicely. Friendly owners and staff. Room is a bit small but clean.

First time staying here and had such a great time! Very cozy and awesome to wake up in the morning with our little chairs and table outside our room with coffee looking at the moutains. Look forward to coming back here again soon!

Very nice stay

People smoking on the patio for hours (both cigarette and cigar). Very nasty, infiltrated the room. I have asthma and had an attack as a result of all the smoke even keeping doors and windows closed. Miserable scary night. Hotel should ban smoking from their premises as many do.

We just came up for an overnight stay and it was perfect!

It was our second stay at the property. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Rob, who greeted us, was very welcoming. It is located just a short drive from North Conway which is very convenient.

This was our 3rd time staying at the hotel and it was amazing! It's a cute inn right outside of North Conway. It's a nice getaway for a few days or even for one night, I plan on rebooking any time we go back up.

It was an awesome stay! Mainly stayed because it was close to North Conway and everything was less than a 20 minute drive from here. I highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable start to finish

Very cozy, convenient, and affordable. We would definitely stay again.

First, although the hallway has a distinct and not particularly pleasant odor, the room itself was quite clean. The bathroom layout was cramped but workable. Having stayed at a much more expensive hotel the previous few days probably skewed my view. We were going to have our boys drive up and join us for a few days but a family medical emergency required us to cut our visit short and the boys stayed home. Having stayed only the one night, I asked to cancel the second night but was denied despite it being only a few minutes past check-out time. It's not as if the motel was full - far from it. There was one or two other guests based on the cars...and the noise. Our adjoining room was on the phone a fair bit of the night and we could hear every bit of his side of the conversation. Based on their unwillingness to refund our extra night, I would not return. Otherwise, I would consider this a budget priced place to lay my head for a brief visit.

Excellent stay during the ski vacation.

All 1st floor steps were too high for me. You need to advertise that it NOT Disability friendly!!! I couldn’t leave the room, because entering to sign in and entering my room, I fell both times, I have bruises and pain days latter. I tried calling for help, but the desk line was always busy. Excellent and affordable stay for Canadians in Conway. Nice and clean. Very close to north Conway and all the shops. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back again next time we want to come to New Hampshire :)

Clean!!

Easy to get to. Quiet. Very good owners

Older inn that was in good shape. Large spacious, clean and comfortable room. Area in front and back of inn had gorgeous views. Restaurant was open the last night we stayed and the food was good. Inn was centrally located to a lot of our activities so it worked nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was on the third floor and there wasn’t an elevator which made for several trips up and down the stairs with luggage. Small seasonal issue with flies and ladybugs but nothing bad

Clean and convenient

This inn is in excellent condition and has a large covered porch area complete with relaxing chairs and even rocking chairs too.

Hotel is okay. Towels were yellowish, did not inspire confidence. There is no scenic about the hotel.
