Very local and easy to walk around in Reykjavik. Free parking (if available). Nice and modern rooms.

I would stay here again just because of the convenient parking garage which is free. Parking is such a headache in Reykjavik. The rooms and bathroom are large compared to other hotels. Free breakfast was good. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The single room is comfortable and warm. Great Location to many interesting sites.

The woman that initially checked us in had no personality, but I will say anyone else for the three days that we dealt with were very pleasant. The beds are not comfortable. The room is very small. Furniture in the room is sub par. There are no refrigerators in the rooms so anytime you want something that you brought in you have to go down and ask for it, I.e.. your bottle water, soda, refrigerated medication. The room was slightly warm and there is an 8“ x 8“ window that cracks open so you don’t get much air. They give you a fan that is filthy dirty. Breakfast is very good, plenty of options. there is no decaf coffee for those that can’t have caffeine. The kitchen staff were very pleasant and kept the area well stocked and clean. Every time you went to the bathroom, the toilet paper rolled would fall off. There’s nothing holding it on and it’s mounted incorrectly. This was annoying. It is located very close to bus stop nine. The main shopping area and things the site see is the next street over, which was great. Although there are positives to the location, I would definitely look for a different place to stay if I returned.

Very clean and great area, room was just a tiny bit aged and the water was soft with low pressure but overall a great hotel and i would visit again!

Nice hotel and has parking garage

Great location. Lots of restaurants around and near the main street for shopping but far enough from the most touristy parts to be quiet at night. Only a few blocks away from highway 41 which makes it easy to get in and out of the city. Has a parking lot and parking garage which was a must have for us because we had a car rental. Included breakfast was the standard fare but of better than average quality. Room itself was modest in size but very clean. Service was friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The continental breakfast feature here is pretty good and definitely helps save on your food budget. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and how to get around. Rooms were a little on the small side and did not have a mini fridge.

it was a great location and good breakfast but the room did not have enough light fixtures and it was slightly depressing in the evening as a result.

Walking distance to shopping

Very small room, without air conditioning and windows that could not be opened. Very stuffy, even with the small portable fan available in the room. At $270 euros a night, it was definitely the worst expensive hotel I've ever stayed in. On a positive note, breakfast buffet was pretty good.
