Best customer service in a hotel in a long time, all tge staff are super friendly, respectful always with a smile, that make me feel like homeb, however the hotel needs renovation , is way too old and outdated, it neededa renovation,quality of the food and drinks can better,

I stayed at this property for 3 days and 2 nights and believe me I’m already looking to book another trip here the room was top tier and the food was 10/10 the pools were clean and the shoes at the theater was a win.. they also have a little disco Dani h floor that goes up until 3AM my only problem was that I’m Jamaican and I don’t speak Spanish so it was hard for the staff to understand me most times but this place is the real deal beaches, restaurants and bars are all at this resort and the price was the best in town emotions for the win

The place is very clean and the staff and servicess was excellent.

The staff was very nice and attentive but my whole stay I did not have a working safe, a working fridge or hot water. It was brought up to concierge but minimal was done.

The air conditioning was not working, note pad keep not recognizing the card provided.

The hotel was super.crowded which made tou have to wait in long lines for Everything. It was not enjoyable on vacation to have to wait one hour in line at the beach cafe. Or having to wait for ling peruods just to ask a question at the bar. It was literally a waist of time and money

There were more than 25 people in the Lobby and only 2 employees, the room was dirty, in the restaurant we lasted 45 minutes (waiting for the dishes to be cleaned) food and drinks of the lowest quality ever seen. The pool was dirty and the color was not very nice. To top it off when I decided to leave after two hours, a porter never showed up to help us since I called 20 minutes dialing 0 at the front desk and no one ever answered. I regret having selected this option.

All hotel give a pass early like 2 pm and then 3 pm give the room.
This hotel was not early pass. The snack only had 🍟 and bread. No more options

The property is very much lacking and not a good all inclusive experience. I was traveling with my full family and it was extremely dated and unsatisfying.

I liked the location, the beach, it’s close to Santo Domingo.
Staff was overwhelmed and grumpy, assigned room had the air conditioning damaged, food is low quality, some areas of the hotel are understaffed

Parking is a completely inconvenience have to park out of the property taking the chance that something might happened to your rental and then you’ll be responsible for it

Customer service is the worst I aver see in over ten hotels I had visited in DR in my opinion they should be in housekeeping department.I paid for VIP which is a laughable, same bad food every day.The room was fine except the toilet is 3” from the wall you have to sit sideway, I will not coming back for over US$300/ night I expected something better.Hope this review help others.

I had high expectations for this hotel we reserved based in the reviews. When we arrived we had to pay additional fees $260 because the room we reserved a suite adults only was not the room the wanted to put us in. The all inclusive is very cheap. You are limited with options the food was not the best. They lure into getting free spa so that you can become a member and it’s a scam. The ala carte restaurants are never available and making reservation is a disaster. The parking lot is super small. I do not recommend this hotel at all and I will never go there again!!!

I have a very bad service at the pool, I was trying to get beach towels but unfortunately I never got them, I went 4 times to the towels place but it was impossible to get them, so I went to the public relations desk to ask them for help but it didn’t happen, they promised me to bring towels to my table but I think it was a joke because nobody came to my table with towels.
