This hotel is amazing. Very accommodating and attentive staff. Had a small issue with the refrigerator and was fixed the next day. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Incredible hotel and very pleasant staff.

The small town it's located in is great, the views from your room are nice. However we had black mould in our shower and our window blind was broken, we told the staff and they cleaned the shower a little better but they didn't get it all and they didn't fix the blind at all. The restaurant is very bland but cheap. All in all it's an ok place to stay if it's on special.

It was terrible experience. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Lady at the reception is very rude. I had to stay in a different hotel because I didn’t wanted to deal with her rudeness. Couldn’t get a refund because this hotel doesn’t have a cancellation option. And I already booked two rooms, so my family had to stay. The hotel service is terrible. You have to pay to warm up indoor pool 45€ per person, otherwise it is very cold to swim. Sauna is also 45€ per person. Rooms don't have windows. Breakfast is decent but you have to wait a lot and ask for everything separately. Building and designs are great but service is terrible! Overall it is not worth to stay at this hotel. Lady at the reception ruined our stay. From our 8 different hotel during our 20 days trip in Turkey, this hotel was by far the worst. For this amount of money that they ask for rooms and extra services you better stay in a 5 star hotel and still safe some money.

Gorgeous hotel with high level of service. Perfect for special occasion such as honeymoond or anniversary. The location is magnificent and the restaurant superb. Will definitely come back! Thank you to all the lovely staff, from the people in the front office to the restaurant, the man that take care of the bags and the car and last but not least the Turkish lady at the spa.

The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are great. The food at the restaurant is good. Unfortunately, outside of the front desk, the staff hardly speaks any English. This makes it complicated to get what you want at the restaurant (the restaurant manager is besides rather unpleasant).

Very good places

The property is well located and design is beautiful. I did not enjoyed the size of room nor the lack of air conditioning, room was excessively hot and bathroom had a horrible odor that would go away.

The hotel is very pretty, wonderful, but it is not what you see at the photos. The rooms are very warm, and the breakfast very bad and without service, like at a very cheap hotel.note thst the pool you see is not for use of guests.

We loved our stay here. This is a beautiful property, the rooms are amazing, the view is amazing and the dishes in the restaurant are absolutely delicious. The staff couldn't be nicer. Wonderful!

we enjoyed every single moment of our stay in elika. The hotel is very well decorated. We loved the lightning of the room. It was a real cave room (room 502, grand room). The room was all calm and well heated. The breakfast was ok. All in all it was all beyter then we had expected in the first place.

Elika caves was amazing! I loved our cozy cave room! The hotel as amazing views and is located on a quite street so noise is not an issue. The staff here are exceptional! They are always there to help you book an excursion or point you in the direction of something fun to do! I highly recommend. You can also see the hot air balloons in the morning.

Elika Cave SuitesUpon arrival, the warm welcome at Elika Cave hotel was quite refreshing after the very long drive. Check in was quick and efficient and our suite was just a minutes walk away from reception. The charming walkway with its colorful flower pots and authentic decor instantly filled us with delight!The Suite 503I cannot describe the warmth I felt in this gorgeous stone suite. It was as if though we turned back the clock 100 years, in this luxurious cave room, and I absolutely loved it!Our cave suite featured antique arm chairs, lanterns, ornaments, antique cutlery, beautiful turkish rugs, an enchanting closet, and my favourite: a delightful telephone!And a TV. A normal tv, that we never bothered using. It was so normal.The bathroomI felt like royalty standing infront of the floral designed gold mirror, with its matching vanity and oh-so-pretty bathroom accessories. The jacuzzi, and shower were good too, but the mirror & vanity just took my breath away!The Restaurant. No 10Elika Caves Suites features an enchanting restaurant, with beautiful views of the town and a lovely outdoor terrace. The food was delicious, but the decor was what attracted me to go back again! Do visit the bathrooms here, even if you dont need to!! It transports you to a time of magic and splendor!Ok, you get it. I absolutely loved this place!!Our stay in this luxurious boutique hotel was just for a night. Service was exceptional & the location was superb.
