Overall amazing, amazing pool and central location

Wonderful boutique hotel. Great rooftop, the pool has a cool view of the city and is perfect for lounging on a hot day. Service was excellent.

Rooms are small however very clean and tidy. Beware of 1st floor rooms as it is above the kitchen’s restaurant and very smelly.

Best way to start the day is a swim on the roof top . Very little space , good to go early. Restaurant was equally amazing food and service. Will def stay here again.

Brilliant hotel although I had a huge discount which made it much more affordable. Vienna prices seem to be quite high (and I’m from London). I wouldn’t have paid the original price. Room was spacious and well equipped although the bathroom/toilet set up was awkward. Breakfast over priced but hotel facilities in general were great. Restaurant downstairs was very good too.

Good AC and good location. Only thing that could be improved was the wifi in the rooms. It was very slow to load anything.

Amazing cannot recommend it enough!

We found the light switches very confusing. If we had to use toilet at night the light switch did not turn on independently. Needs upgrade.

The staff was so helpful and friendly and made us feel at home! The place was beautiful. Robes & towels for the pool, gorgeous rooftop etc. Our bed was comfortable too!

The property was very centrally located and had excellent restaurant downstairs. However rooms were a bit small and beds quite uncomfortable. There was a bit of a heat wave in Vienna at the time and the air conditioner was unable to keep the room cool. Asked the staff to take a look at this but pretty confident nothing was done. They were a very friendly staff but for price next time would go somewhere else

I stayed in 4 hotels in the last 2 weeks and this one was by far the best. It was cheaper than my hotel in Budapest, which surprises me because it feels very upscale! The moment I arrived I knew I was in for a treat. What a beautiful property! The room was so elegant and fancy. It was the most comfortable bed. The pool on the rooftop was spectacular. An amazing view, beautifully designed and just so relaxing. The hotel has three restaurants so you never have to leave. I wished there was a coffee maker in the room, but I upgraded to include the breakfast and got plenty of coffee with a view of the city! The breakfast is like going to the Ritz. So plentiful and delicious with lots of menu options. I had dinner in Limon on my last night and it was beautiful and delicious! I highly recommend this hotel!

The “comfort room” was tiny, the pillows feather thin, there is no room service, and the restaurant was “full” each night even for guests of the hotel. Not sure how this hotel is 5 stars. Only slightly redeeming factor is the view from Limon and the breakfast.

This was a great hotel! I loved the location and the upstairs. I just wish the pool was warmer!! Amazing pool on top w view. Great place to stay!

Close to major attractions, the transfer to and from the airport is convenient via public transport. The breakfast buffet on the top floor is nice. the only thing we did not like was that the shower was inside the room right next to the bed. But everything was very clean, A/C works fine.

Do not stay in Room 328. It is above the kitchen and is very noisy starting early in the morning.

We had an excellent stay here.

Very good place to stay

Aircon didn’t work in room, was way too hot. Member of staff opened window for us. Road too noisy to sleep with the window open. Got moved for our 2nd night. Rooms are a bit strange with layout and decor

Was very disappointed, our room was called comfort, but there was no bath which was in the photos, the sofa was under the Tv, no English programs just News, a shower that dripped from the ceiling shower when the hand shower was in use, the electric system is ridiculous, flickering lights and no light at all one night, also I asked whether the pool was open and it took two days to reply, on checkout they tried to charge two days breakfast and we only had one, the staff need customer service training as they were not apologetic for anything, the hotel is trendy in a good location but not one I would recommend

Rooms are nice, service is ok, WiFi was very weak. This really makes a difference especially as I had to go to the local coffee shop to get large files sent. I reported this to the night team who tried to tell me that that's not the case. I explained the signal and speed was slow and this hindered work getting done. However no solution to the matter was offered. If your staying for pleasure then it's a very decent hotel.

Good location. Nice room but small. Staff snooty, restaurants closed. Breakfast overpriced at 38 euros each. Parking cost crazy at 40 euros for Valet VIP and they want a tip on top. Actually asked for it.
