I booked for a 4 night stay and my room was only cleaned once. I left early daily and returned late nightly. Twice i saw cleaners in the hall. I had to call the front desk for towels and wash cloths and go down to collect. It was ridiculous.

Good value for money and clean

Wish there had been a better restaurant on the premises. The young black bartender was the best thing about the hotel. He was delightful. Not very impressed withe the check in or chevk out process.

The stay was near to my consulate appointment place and had a metrorail station just 7 mins walking which provides easy access to Miami downtown and airport.

Check inn was running late, room not ready but he did give us the parking for free for the inconvenience. I stayed here for my bday because I had an event close by but hotel is also very close to Merrick Park for shopping and dinning. Walkable distance. Beds were super comfy. Parking is limited so when we came back to hotel we had to park downstairs in the parking for check-in but the lady accommodated us. Pool is very small and there is a bar with limited drinks. I did not give it 5 stars because I have stayed in better hotels. It was ok.

Clean room, very quiet AC and fridge, slept great, would definitely be back.

I stay here frequently for short two night stays. It is reasonably priced and conveniently located. However, the cleaning staff did not clean my room while I was there, and this has happened many times on prior visits. I think the hotel needs to hire more staff.

Excellent stay and great staff!

I had an excellent stay from start to finish. The head reception supervisor was very nice and checked me in quickly. She also let me “spin the wheel” as I’m a gold member and I won free parking, so that was an added bonus to my stay. Rooms & bathroom were clean and bed comfy, black blinds added extra comfort and allowed me to have a nice lay in after a long flight. Gym was well equipped and outdoor pool and terrace area looked well taken care of and clean. Shame I couldn’t use the pool but it was raining so much! Parking garage had lots of space and it was easy to access my room from there. Good location and one of the few hotels in the area that had onsite parking. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend to others, 5*

My stay was amazing and the staff were very welcoming.

It isn’t really a walkable area but it’s clean (with the exception of two towels on the floor by the garage elevator that I think were placed there to dry the floor) and staff is nice/professional. The parking garage is narrow and I personally would like for it to have security. Otherwise, it’s a decent and clean hotel. I would stay there again.

The staff was very accommodating and I liked that they had a breakfast buffet because I had an overnight flight and when I arrived to the hotel, it was nice to not have to leave and look for a restaurant

I’ve stayed multiple times and the hotel is always clean, the staff is friendly, the pool area is nice but only 3’6” deep so kids probably won’t have that much fun, but great for adults. The hotel is conveniently located in Coral Gables. You can get on the free trolley and go to the Miracle Mile area or walk across the street to the Shops at Merrick Park.

Better dinner selection and/or recommendations for area restaurants.

I didnt feel safe. Anyone can drive up into the parking garage and the elevator yp to the rooms. Doors are not locked.

Room was clean, but a bit small. Shower made terrible noise at first. AC in the room was super cold; control wasn't working; had to turn it off. Breakfast buffet is bad; food is tasteless, juice was terrible, and not that many options.
