We have very recently visit Marrakech and stayed at this very nice hotel. Very Beautiful Riad, calm and cozy atmosphere with very helpful staff ready to help us any time. We loved staying there and would love to come back.

Beautiful riad in the hart of Marrakesh, short walk to busy Jemaa el Fnaa Square, but still quiet. It’s actually two small riads connected and they are architecturally immaculate with amazing tile, plaster and wood work. the bathroom is roomy and feels luxurious. There’s a lovely rooftop area for breakfasts and lounging with great views. The staff was able to arrange any service I needed, and gave recommendations for places to eat and visit.

Riad Marraplace is in the perfect location if you want to be near Jemma El Fnaa Square.
The staff was attentive weeks leading up to our stay via email and made sure our pickup and drop off arrangements were take care of. It would have been difficult to find, but luckily the driver handed us off to someone who carried our luggage from the street down the alleyways to the doorway of the riad. The breakfast served on the rooftop was lovely in the morning. A creature comfort that was very much appreciated were the robes provided in the bathroom.

I picked this place based on price and review score alone and I feel so very lucky to have had the chance to stay at Riad Marraplace. I’m coming back here again and again and also telling everyone I know that this is where they need to stay. The location, the staff the Riad itself it was perfect!

It's a Hotel right in the middle of the Medina and all of the Tourist Attractions. The staff is really friendly and helpful, specially Houssein and Karim. The breakfast was good with some local items that were all remarkable.
There's no elevator but that's not an issue since no Riad will have.
The only thing to improve is a TV at the room.

A beautiful Riad with a warm and friendly, stunning decorative design, and convenient location close to most key sites in Marrakech. I highly recommend staying here!

A great location- just one minute to Djmaa Al Fnaa!
Despite it being within easy reach of the Main Street and square - it is private and quiet. The breakfast on the rooftop is great - the cook makes different local breads /specialities each day .
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly particularly Abdelkarim at reception.
There is an extension to the Riad that is opening next week to accommodate more guests- the rooms and central courtyard and decor are beautiful.

Beautiful hotel, I like the style. The manager allowed us to have early check in when room available. We had to leave early in the morning for a tour trip and the hotel prepared carry on breakfast for us.

The Riad is an excellent choice. Location is great is you want to stay close to the Souks. Karim and his staff are great and always willing to help. Breakfast is also excellent. The room and the bed was good but the bathroom was very small. Also the access to the Riad, the lanes are a quite dirty and can be cleaned up. Overall we had a great time.

The place is beautiful and amazing! The staff are super friendly and helped us packing a go away breakfast when we need to leave the hotel early for a tour. The interior design is so unique and beautiful and I spent quite a bit time indoor. As it’s close to the main square, you can hear all the loud music which is the only draw back. Walking distance to the main square!

The location is great. It is only a 5- minute walk to the square.The room was clean and spacious with AC on at night time. Staff was exceptional helpful and friendly. They offerred us take away breakfast as we had to leave early for tour.

This Riad Marraplace is like a home from home. There are not many rooms so you get to know the staff and they know you. They all showed professionalism, true Moroccan hospitality, kindness, friendliness and you were always greeted with a smile. Breakfast was different every day and you get to learn more about Moroccan food as a result. This was one of my best stays in a hotel anywhere. I would recommend this Rid to anyone.

This was our first riad experience in Marrakech, and it did NOT disappoint. We arrived much earlier than our 2pm check in, and we were treated to a wonderful mint tea and snack in the central foyer. They safely held our luggage while we checked out the Medina before we were able to get our rooms. Since we were leaving before breakfast, they actually left a "to go/takeaway" bag of breakfast food at our door. Just amazing hospitality.

Nice riad very close to Jemaa el-Fna. Good price and friendly staff. It is a bit difficult to find, specially in the evening but in general its a nice place to stay for a couple of days. The breakfast is good and the staff always trying to help.

Hotel Riad Marraplace is an excellent place to stay when visiting Marrakesh. It is ideally situated just off the Jemaa el-Fnaa main square. The staff are all so friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to our family and friends.

Very nice place, it was clean and worth the price. The host was nice and check in was easy. Hotel had everything you needed. However, it was a bit hard to find and you had to go through sketchy alleyways to find it. Overall, great hotel, recommend!

Amazing riad in a very convenient location with very friendly staff who are beyond accommodating. They helped me with booking a hammam along with my drive back to the airport. They are very personal people. Thanks again Riad Marraplace Team for taking good care of my on my first ever solo trip and my first trip to Morocco! Will definitely come back!

3. Riad Marraplace is slightly more tired than it appears in the photos, but it's immaculately clean, has lots of character, good aircon and reliable hot water.

Before arriving to Marrakesh, Marraplace had already made contact to welcome us ahead of our visit.
We could not have asked for a better stay. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The room was extremely clean, modern and every decor thought of.
The breakfast was so yummy and fresh and would eat it on the rooftop terrace with brilliant views of the city.
Abbas, Karim and the man I did not catch his name couldn’t do any more for us. They were so accommodating and genuinely cared.
Finally, the location is very central. You are literally 3mins walk from Jemma el fnaa (we timed it)
Would I come back to stay? 100% yes!

The staff has been welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great. The hotel location is walkable to the old city where shops and restaurants abound.
