Happy stay in the hotel-nice cooked vreakfast although when the buffet came it was more simple. Great stay for walks and for getting about the mountain

Service was disappointing. Bar and waiting staff were moody an inattentive. No buffet breakfast as stated in booking. We went home early as we did not feel welcome.

Troodos hotel and spa review This hotel is the ideal location for ski enthusiasts, being 5 minutes from the slopes and situated in the Troodos mountains, one hour and fifteen minutes from Nicosia's downtown. The ideal escape from the city to experience the tranquility of the highlands. We stayed in a roomy, spotless room. The furnishings are somewhat dated. It features standard amenities like wifi, a TV, a refrigerator, and a hairdryer. They were quite accommodating when we requested a delay in check-out, since we went skiing. Our lodging includes breakfast, which was quite minimal. We tried their restaurant for lunch and dinner. Some dishes were tasty and some were average. The portions are large. What we loved: goat cheese salad chicken soup Average platters: -Beef burger -Salmon fillet -Ravioli the service was good at the restaurant and hotel the restaurant's fireplace added to the ambiance. The hotel has a spa but we didn’t have time to check it out In general, we loved the place, and would go back again Overall experience: 7/10

The location is great! The view is priceless. The shower was poor. No hot water and sometimes no water at all

The room was tiny and claustrophobic, with no view, the staff were inattentive and bar staff practically ignored us. Very disappointed as we are regularly visitors to the troodos. Hotel very old and in need a gret improvement

On top of mount Olympus, Troodos is a quaint village with beautiful views and even more amazing hiking trails. The hotel food was good, great portions even if maybe too much food at times. The bruschetta was delicious. The staff a friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was good, buffet needs work. It’s a typical European hotel with 42 rooms, including 5 family rooms. Ours was small but super affordable.

A perfect stop for a few days of snow skiing with the ski runs a short drive away. Excellent dinner menu, cosy and warm log fire. Excellent value for money.

the location is nice and you have a good view of the mountains, if you are there to ski then this would fine and you don't want to spend much. You need a car and also there is not much around in terms of options for food/drink. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were average. The hotel is dated but it is a 2 start, rooms are basic, you can't control the heating in the room and the duvet was dirty, but the bathroom was clean.

Hotel was lovely, food was great, just a bit cold in the room as it was snowing outside. Will stay again and ask for radiator to be turned up.

This is a superb hotel with a first rate restaurant. The roaring fire adds a lovely warm feeling on a cold night. Service is excellent with a great choice on the menu. Breakfast is generous with decent coffee. The surrounding area is great for hiking and touring. WiFi is only available in the common areas but that is okay as it gets you out of your room and down in front of the fire. Try the Troodos martini. We loved our 5 night stay.

Nice hotel in the middle of Troodos mountains. There are not many restaurants there but both the dinner and breakfast buffets were good.

There are a some tourist shops in the village square and one selling a few groceries and essentials. Be warned the weather is much colder here than down at Paphos. You need woollies and gloves. Hotel staff are eager to please and all speak English.

Hotel fine, not the place to come if you're looking for nightlife, but lovely scenery and so quiet and peaceful. Several marked hiking trails nearby. Staff helpful and pleasant and meal was good and value for money. Our only negative was that the double bed was very small, so not a comfortable night sleep - at 6 foot tall, feet were hanging off the end! Investment in larger beds needed!

Waking up with Mount Troodos outside your window is a novelty. Breakfast wasn't the best but it was edible. That aside, well worth the trip and madly cheap too!
