No matter what happen, will never stay in this hotel again

Comfortable rooms, but noise travels easily through the hallways. Staff is mostly friendly. We were disappointed with the limited breakfast options. We did enjoy the Convenience of the 7 eleven and Starbucks next to the hotel.

It was my 1st stay at this hotel and stayed 3 nights. The location is hart of Seoul, which is convenience for tourist for shopping and sightseeing for most people, except local people to pick up the hotel guests because of nonstop zone at hotel entrance. Room size and condition was OK. However, there is no bathtub curtain except 50 cm wide glass board to prevent water fly out from the bathtub that every time taking shower, and water splash out all over bathroom no matter how I adjust myself. It was very annoying and inconvenience. Also, there was only coffeemaker broken down when I and business partner went to have breakfast. They are not able to save any coffee, which they should have back up. On top of that, an attendance can’t speak any English and was not very helpful matter of fact she was rude in away. Lastly, slipper was not disposable, which I was very uncomfortable to use it. They or Expedia should notice on amenity that slipper is not disposable one. Overall rate for the price, I should put poor for the price.

Nice clean hotel but not amazing. Staff not particularly helpful, friendly or welcoming at all Room was an ok size. Shower head was terrible. Narrow stream too powerful it caused shower head to pivot all over and spray water everywhere Would stay again as location was good and rooms were fine overall

Location quite good as near shopping and subway. But shower has no curtain so floor will be wet after shower. Bed is quite small, feels abit smaller than queen. Bedside has no charging point. Only 2 at work desk...making things inconvenient. No mirror in the room, only bathroom has. Remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

The room was actually quite small compared to what you see in the pictures and the smell of sewer around the hotel and in the bathroom was unbearable, we had to spray a lot of air freshener (which is provided in the room) and keep the door shut. Staff was a bit short, no smiles, no hello, straight to passport and credit card, which in a way is efficient but didn’t feel very friendly. Location wise, it is really close to everything, felt like we could get to wherever we wanted in under 30 minutes, whether it was by bus, subway, taxi or even walking.

This property is located at a prime location that is walkable and easy to do shopping and grab food. The main issue is that they turned off the AC for the rooms, due to it being "the winter season". Meaning, there is ZERO ventilation in the room and bathroom. It gets extremely humid and the only way to get some "fresh" air in, is to leave the door wide open. The room is quite small so be aware of that. Also, when you leave your luggage at the hotel, they leave it out in the open lobby, with no one monitoring it - so you risk someone going through it or taking things.
