Another brilliant stay, we booked last minute so expected a small room but it was a bit on the too small size. No where for our bags and the sink in the bathroom was tiny. Too small to clean your teeth or shave. Having said that we love this place and will return again

We were warmly welcomed and offered a drink. The premises were spotlessly clean and whilst the bedroom was not spacious it was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Ullapool. Room and ensuite was on the small side with very small sink

Luke greeted us and could not have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful.
We arrived before our check-in time but Luke and the team went out of their way to get us into our room early.
Our twin room (albeit small) and ensuite were immaculate.
The lounge and breakfast room were of an equally high standard.
Very nice breakfast.
Overall, a great stay.

Modern, beautifully presented B&B with uninterrupted views to Loch Broom. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and had contemporary decoration. There was also a large, comfortable sitting room for guests. Breakfast was fantastic and catered to different dietary requirements and the check in was second to none - we were welcomed with shortbread and a wee dram!

Amazingly easy and very comfortable hotel. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Lovely setting on the water. Owners were very thoughtful and emailed to recommend restaurant reservations in a very busy town. Highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the view! This is such a nice little town. We were greeted by a man from New Zealand who was super nice and helped answer any questions about where to eat and go. We will definitely be thinking of this place if we stay in Ullapool again.

Beautiful setting on the loch. We stayed at the lochside cabin which had huge windows, amazing views, and overall very pleasant.

Great purpose built B&B. Greeted on arrival with a wee dram. Our view was to the back of the hotel but the views to the sea looked stunning. Guests have use of a lounge with sea views. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice including smoked salmon. Good car parking and easy walk into town for dinner, we ate at the Sea Shack. Highly recommend staying here.

Overall a nice stay. We were greeted by a front-desk staff from New Zealand and he was very friendly and welcoming. The room size was a bit on the small size. May find it hard to open and store big luggages in the room. The included breakfast was savoury and in big portion. Though the coffee can definitely be improved.

Warm welcome with a wee dram which was unexpected and pretty unique. Lovely clean fresh well furnished room to high standard very small but knew that when we booked. Breakfast options excellent including full service which was courteous and efficient. Location convenient for short walk into town and next to water with lovely garden to sit in. Liked the way glasses and ice were provided so guests could bring in their own drinks to have in the garden or lounge. Nice touches like that made it better than the norm

Nice but very small double room. Would not want to stay more than a day ir two. However the outside grounds were lovely with greT views and the residents lounge was very comfortable. No drink services but they do provide glassware and ice if you BYOB. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty.

Great friendly welcome and service, small room with everything you need and with lake view, bathroom very tiny, sink almost unusable(airplane sink is bigger). Quiet, safe area, enough off street parking, nice lounge area and good breakfast. Restaurants for dinner close by.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The welcome at the checkin was very warm and the rooms are a dream. For breakfast I ordered Belgian waffles with ham. Compliments to the chef, it was delicious.

Wonderful place with a wonderful view. You couldn't ask for a cleaner mir comfortable place to stay. Terrific accommodating service. I wish we would have stayed longer!

It feels like a care home in the shared lounge. The rooms are tiny, barely room to move. Staff all lovely & friendly, breakfast was nice.
