The room is clean and comfortable. Water dispenser provided hot and cool water. Staffs are friendly. But wifi was slow.

Wifi good, staff helpful, central location not too far from bus station. Our room was at the rear over an alleyway so we had garbage truck noise every morning. Bed could have been better. Stairs!

There are limited parking, no free sachet of coffee or tea provided in the room & not recommended for Vacation with kids & senior citizen

I booked a queen bed but was given 2 single beds. The room was an inside room with no ventelation or natural daylight, walls are thin so you can hear everyone coming and going - there is no parking nearby - I’d never go back!

Overall the room is ok but a bit of noisy outside the room. I didn't expect the room is just above a restaurant, my first experience. Parking is a real problem here.As the room is above the shophouse there's no parking available here so have to hunt round for one and the road along here is always jam day and night.

Definitely a good place to stay. A bit expensive however compared to the facilities in the hotel. Nevertheless, it was comfortable enough.A big no for guest staying for honeymoon. Recommending other hotels such as resorts for such purpose.

CAMERON HIGHLAND nowadays has growth tremendously compared to last 20 years. Foods are delicious and cheaper. The best thing is I love the be there once again

Service is very prompt and all staff are super polite. The facillities are also all working, they have a kettle and hairdryer for your use. Air conditioning is very efficient in cooling the room. Toilets are all very clean and there’s a working water heater.

The toilets were leaking for both of our rooms.

Overall was good & a nice stay.

This hotel was old but renovated. It has a cheap restaurant in ground floor.l had breskfast there. When the front close ,we can ask the restaurant staff. The worst thing was very noisy here,inside and outside. I won't stay here again .

Room was in a bad condition where the toilet drainage was choked when showering, basin tap spoiled. We informed the staff about it but no action has taken place. Bath towel was dirty. The hotel isnt located as where it is, the staff brought us to another hotel, however with the same interior design. But location is opposite to where many eateries is, accessible location to main road and eateries and mini mart. We are able to connect to the wifi but with no internet connection.

The hotel room bed didn't change and clean up the room after last guest check out. Bed sheet got so many dirty stain. i called to the hotel management before i checked in, said i need a lower floor and very clean room because i got two small children, but then when i checked in, they gave me the highest floor room of the hotel. Overall poor services!!

We had a small room. Very clean and recently renovated. We stayed over for one night. Budget hotel, but exactly wat we needed. Good beds, friendly personel. Good value for money!!! Located nearby bars and restaurants.

Absolutly helpfull and friendly staff. Our room was ok. Only cold water and no window. For 2 nights absoluty good.
