I really loved the cleanliness, decoration, and friendly vibe. I travel to this area often, and I’d suggest that anyone looking for a place to stay shouldn’t waste their time at other hotels. There’s no better around here!

I hose this property specifically because it had a pool and gym and secondarily, it was convenient to the airport.
The gym and pool were both closed because they were behind the door to the spa, which was also closed. They shouldn't advertise pool and gym when they can't actually be used. I mentioned this to the staff, and they didn't care or apologize.
The restaurant staff seemed annoyed when we are there at 2 pm despite being specifically told that the restaurant is open.
Poor service and false advertising. The neighborhood is not walkable so there aren't good dining options nearby without a taxi.
The bathrooms were nice. And it was close to the airport

Very nice hotel , nice staff , I prefer to book hotels who offers airport shuttle. This was one reason to book this hotel but unfortunately I was told that the shuttle is expensive 100 euros. Taxi was only 5 euros. They should not mention that 24hrs shuttle available. Secondly I booked the tour through hotel. The guide was not helpful. He was in hurry and hungry. He also make us pay for his food. Family was so annoyed that they wants to give 2 stars to hotel but the staff was nice so I give four star

20-30 min drive to tourist attractions.
Only 7 min. From the airport.

The smell is bad! Almost every room has been smoked. I ask for a non smoke room but the give me after complaining a room that smell less. Also it smelt like a wet carpet.

I am satisfied over all. But keep your eye one the bill in the restaurant, especially foreigner. Staff in restaurant had brought wrong calculated bill. He did two times. I am not sure it was intentional or not. It was August 9th. Anyway, except for that it is very good hotel.

It was a nice stay. The only problem we had was that the room smelled like cigarette and my husband is allergic and effectively got sick right after our stay. It smelled like someone smoked in the room

Shocking experience! Staff awful and unhelpful. Intermittent wifi. Intermittent air con that they control at front. An old large man entering and trespassing single female room when they’re asleep and staff do nothing to investigate or file a police report, in fact they make out that you are the guilty party by not asking who it is! It happened to me and I screamed so loudly when I heard someone entering room and making their way down to my bed. Luckily he left. Why should this man have a master key? I asked if it was room service, I had never ordered) and they never responded. I wrote two emails to GM who to this day has not responded. For a four star, simply not good enough!! No apology for all things that went wrong. Shameful. It’s a minus 4 star from me

It was a terrific hotel at a great price! We were just there for a short night before early-morning flights--I wish we could have stayed longer.

Propert doesn’t deserve the stars it’s like a 2/3 star. The rooms are spacious but really outdated. The staff are very rude are not very helpful. The breakfast was really bad and the location is on a really busy main road. If you have a lot of bags be aware because there are quiet a few steps to reception. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. AVOID AVOID

Room service is too slow. We asked for shampoo which was missing in the room and it took 4 phone calls and 1 hour to get it

Friendly and helpful staffs from front desk , bellman , to housekeeper. Traveling with a family. Room was spacious. Double bed, twin bed and sofa bed. Breakfast buffet was good.
Supermarket next to the hotel. 5 minutes walk to Kebab restaurant and 10 minutes to Optimum Mall, large shopping mall with food courts, restaurants, cafes, ice skating ring and cinema.

This is a very nice hotel local to amenities and the airport. I was given a spacious room, very clean and comfy. The hotel staff are very good they deal with every request in timely manner.
Breakfast was great offering good menu selection.
I would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to returning soon.
