All staffs were so friendly. Great location close to everything, like beach, shopping center, and restaurants. Better than I expected, as it was affordable accommodation.

Nice hotel with good location and good facilities, great service from staff and the restaurant was excellent. The room was dated and tired, I’m justified in this criticism as I paid for a refurbished premier deluxe room but I believe we were given a lesser grade room as booking was via Expedia .
I would recommend staying here if you book direct for a better room experience

It was not a hotel to feel safe in and already when we checked in they told us we have to pay if we smash the room to pieces or leave ink stains from a tattoo made in all the tattoo parlours. Strange welcoming for a peaceful couple. The staff was okay but it was a starneg place all over.

Location is close to beach but 10min walk to the "citycentre".. hotel is very dated.. need som renovation.. we had a deluxe room with balcony to the road so very noisy all night from the traffic. there are better places to stay for this money... the only good with this place is the friendly and helpfull staff. Dont know why other peoole rate the hotel so high...

The accommodation room was too humid. Even with the use of air conditioning, the humidity issue was difficult to resolve, and the damp smell made it hard to stay. The smell was particularly strong from the pillows in the bedding, and I was frequently disturbed by the noise of motorcycles. If you are sensitive to noise and humidity, you might want to reconsider staying here. For these reasons, I ended my stay early and checked out before the planned departure date.

Everything about the Hotel was very convenient to get too; The lifts, pool, restaurant and reception. Plus, with it being centrally located - that was another obvious bonus. The staff were polite and accommodating to any of my wants and needs. Overall, there are no complaints at all. Nyoman and his stuff were exemplary.

This hotel looks great online and certainly offers an affordable option in central location. Unfortunately, it did not come close to meeting our expectations. The air conditioning didn’t work so I had to go down to the front desk to request help, no one told me that I had to put the key in the wall in order for the lights to turn on, the safe did not work, the entire room was Very neglected with chipped furniture, chip tiles. I had requested a room in a quiet location, but unfortunately, we were on the road side of the building and could hear so much noise all night long. The doors were not soundproofed at all. The beds were comfortable , but apart from that, I would never recommend this hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Always with a friendly smile on their faces. Location was great. Loved fresh linen We were lucky not to be in the rooms on the front of the building .

Really liked my stay here. The staff were fantastic, friendly and obliging. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. I would advise asking for room at back, away from the busy street. Only negative was that cups were not cleaned or replaced after daily use so they got a bit stained. Apart from that, we loved our stay.

Loved the location of grand walon, drivers knew the hotel when i did have to catch a taxi. I was abit noisy from the bikes but thats bali
