Set the staff was very nice and the facility was new and well kept the area is safe and quiet, but you need transportation for anything you do only was the quality of the food especially the free breakfast

They should really keep a reserved parking spot for hotel guess. It is inconvenience come to the hotel to rest and not find a parking space because the business center visitors occupied the hotel spots.

The hotel has a smell of mildew we were informed that it is do to the weather.
The hotel will not change foreign currency into Colombian pesos.

Great hotel. Check-in was very efficient. Service is excellent. The food was great, and the view from the rooftop was fantastic. Highly recommended.

The front desk manager isn’t very friendly, and the front desk in general is very detached from the clients. I felt like I was the one to greet them every time I walked in. So much that I just stopped saying hi on day two, and I stayed for 12 nights which is a long time. Also, the food is terrible and extremely overpriced.
I sent a few things to the laundry and 3 came back stained. NO ONE apologized. I had to say I wasn’t paying for it and they just removed it from my bill but didn’t offer or said absolutely anything.
Is definitely more of a business stay type of hotel.
The only highlight of my trip was the housekeeper, Milena, she will greet me every morning with a big smile, my room was well kept and she went above and beyond to ensure I was ok.

Very modern and clen. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was just enough but i didn't have enough time to enjoy. I would recommend and come back to this property

Overall a nice hotel. Only negative thing to say is that they have an additional fee that they charge when you arrive. Kind of a hidden fee that they should make move known to people looking to book. But outside of that, clean hotel, hot water, good breakfast, kind staff and a great view.

I was charged with taxes even though I am an american citizen. That was a scam because no foreigners pay taxes once you paid everything in advance. My mother in law slept one night an I paid extra for it. They wanted to charge me for the rest of the days for her even though she had only slept one night. I did not pay!

I love staying at this property. The front desk staff is always helpful, especially Brenda.
The Breakfast staff and the Manager is always welcoming and the food is amazing. The only thing missing is my Tobasco hot sauce :)

This a wonderful hotel to stay at. Staff is amazing, they'll do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable and valued. Breakfast is great too. This will be my place to stay at anytime I go back to Barranquilla, no second thought about it.

Very disappointed, when we arrived the night staff were very rude almost didn’t notice us we were there for a good 15 min before someone help us, the bedroom was dirty and also the air conditioning was broken, I have to ask to switch rooms, the top of the experience was a roach By the bread, and the cereal table. in general disgusting. I will post a picture.
