Very good hotel at an excellent cost, we couldnt fault it for a short stay in the area.

There was no hot water for the shower.

The room was ready a little early and the staff were very friendly. The morning airport shuttle was great.

In the near of the airport. the beach and many restaurants…

Quiet, clean, and close to airport, beaches, and dining. Street vendors and convenience stores also nearby.

The property is fine has a gym and also has a nice rooftop with a view of the planes landing with a pool right in front of that and wifi was good including the hotel amenities

Nice affordable quiet place super close walk from Phuket airport and easy walking distance to beach and dining.

We needed someplace convenient to the airport and this place was perfect. Easy walk from the Phuket airport as well as the beach and many dining options. Clean quiet and updated. Great place to stay if you are transferring to another place for a vacation tour elsewhere.

This hotel was very close to the airport. It is a nice oasis in an otherwise busy area. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a short walk away.

Walls are so thin you can hear every sound your neighbors make. It's very unpleasant when you're trying to sleep and the neighbors are talking so loudly and blasting their tvs. But I appreciated the hotel providing bottled water every day.

The airport service pickup when landing was unexpected on demand at 10:00pm. Excellent service and great location near airport for a quick 1 night layover.

The room condition was better than I thought especially compare with the price. Even though it's a double bed, it's almost queen size. Also, the bed condition was so good. The air conditioner worked well. When I arrived at airport and called the hotel, they picked-up service right away with free. I didn't expect because this was stop by hotel, but it was so nice.

this hotel is the worse place to stay, not cleaned, things were broken and beey very poor customer service. receptionist was very rude and ill mannered and we feel unsafe. very very unsafe place to live

If you’re looking for a beachy area that’s not crowded and touristy then I would recommend somewhere around here (Naiyang, Naithon or Maikhao). It’s quiet and you can surely relax. The hotel itself is located on soi 16 and I think this is 2 out of the best ones in terms of its building and facilities. But bear in mind… it is far from other attractions. I had to ride motorbike for like 1hr to downtown 😆

Only stayed one night, had early flight next morning. Great location for airport and free transfer. Reception staff very polite and helpfull. Small swimming pool on roof; quite cold but great views of planes landing/taking off.

I booked one night stay here while I waited to go to the airport. It was about $35 a night- and you get what you pay for. This hotel is located right next to the airport and has free shuttle service. Hotel staff were all very nice and professional. The rooms were small you can tell the upkeep of this place is not great. Our toilet was leaking water from the bottom each time we flushed. The water leaked into the shower. The hairdryer did not work. The TV has ONE working channel. While we were resting before going to the airport, all we heard was banging and doors closing. Not a place I would want to stay the night.

Best airport hotel in Phuket.

Stayed one night before an early flight. Staff very helpful and plenty of places to eat nearby. Free shuttle to the airport was a bonus which helped give a hassle free Phuket airport experience. Room was excellent and the pool was great with a view of the planes. Downside no on-site bar however you could bring drinks to the pool area

It was close to the airport making it convenient for a late arrival. Had a 7-11 and massage place all within walking distance.

Staff didn’t seem to know the area around the property be sure when I asked where to get water and snacks they said I have to go into the city (45-mins away) but there was literally a 7-eleven 2mina down the road open 24-hours and tons of other stores like down the road.

Value for money at the 16th was fantastic - I was in a large suite room number 711 for around $20 a night which had great views of the airport and ocean. The rooftop pool also had great views - especially at night when the airport is lit up. The staff were very gracious and helpful when my Jetstar flight was cancelled and made sure that my extra night's stay was price comparable and stress free - the staff suggested that I dine at the Boss Bar near the beach and drove me down there free of charge and then were kind enough to pick me up after midnight. The Boss Bar staff were wonderful too and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The free airport shuttle service from the 16th is unbelievable - it's literally 2 to 3 minutes door to door to the Departure desks. Seven Eleven is a one minute walk for any additional needs and there is a cafe right next door which is open for breakfast; lunch and dinner. There is also a very good massage parlour at the front of the hostel next door which provided a relaxing massage to this tired body before it's flight back to Sydney! All in all - I had a great stay at the 16th and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to Phuket Airport; have a hassle free airport shuttle service but still have some eating and drinking options available to them only short distances away.
