Nice hotel, great location good value . I would recomend.

Location is key and the staff service is great and personalized.

I booked 2 rooms for myself and my colleague. One of the rooms was not available when we checked in, although it was at 9 PM. I had stayed in this hotel many times in the past abf it was excellent. They apparently changed ownership and brand, to something called Spectrums. The management is terrible, customer service does not exist. Honestly, this is the last time i would book in this hotel, and if I had known that the brand has changed, i wouldn't have booked in it.

Vacuuming as late as 11pm outside our door. Random allocation of towels. Sometimes none. Most times 1. Sometimes 2. Very noisy. Cramped, old rooms.

1st room was terrible and lot of smell and dirt in the bathroom then they changed my room to another one which wasn't much better condition.

Excellent , convenient and good money for value. Staff are super nice and decent. They deal in a very good faith and no ripping offs. Highly recommended

It was alright, but i expected more. The Pool is closed from 9 pm, when it is open there was no one there to attend. I asked one night if the Pool could be opened for me at 9:15 pm, management said no. The AC Unit was running very loud, putting the fan speed to minimum did not do anything. The isolation between the rooms is very bad, neighbor was watching youtube on his phone all night. AC drowned out the noise though :-) Generally a lack of attention to detail (some hallway lights are flickering, that sort of thing) Wifi speed was mediocre, not fast enough for high quality streaming. 480p works to be precise.

I stayed few times at this hotel and gave it great reviews, not this time.Terrible smell in the lobby for the duration of my stay.3 times i tried to order food from the menu and 3 times i was called back to be informed that they run out of the items i requested.Every other day the towel for the floor in bathroom was not there, slippery when wet.Never replaced the laundry nor the paper work, i did have to carry my laundry in a grocery plastic bag and hand them to reception.Twice asked for my shirts to be folded but twice i received them on hangars.Not the same as before

Nice modern rooms. The ceramic tiles however make walking in the room less comfortable.

It took me 20 minutes to do the check out as there was only one receptionist during check out time

Great Hotel at a very discounted price. I like it very much and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is new with a very nice lobby including a beautiful gourmet restaurant cafe. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. Clean, Safe, and quiet in addition to being central to key sites in the City.

Best value for money. Brand new hotel with good quality finishings. Keep it up
