This is a budget hotel, so set your expectations to ‘budget’ and you won’t be disappointed. It has all the basics you need. Bed, shower, hanging space, toilet, TV. All comfortable and all to a good, budget standard. It is extremely clean, secure, quiet, friendly, well located and the service is efficient, friendly and professional. The team who work there are excellent, friendly and very helpful. Great for the Metro (3 mins walk) and for some great restaurants (see my reviews). There is a McDonalds next door, a Carrefour City nearby and an excellent bakery within 10 mins walk. Metro to Eiffel Tower in 25 mins max. Will definitely stay again as this is excellent value for money.

Great location, so close to the Metro line Malakoff-Plateau-De-Vanves. Shower was lovely in the room, nice and clean with plenty of space, there is a railway line that runs at the back of the hotel, for what we paid it was very reasonable and we enjoyed our long weekend away exploring Paris using this hotel as a base. Thanks to Ibis Budget and the team.

Rooms and elevatora smelling bad, door was not opening when I tried to open at first time, towels not smelling good. I was planning to visit again but I will not book it anymore.

Im going to list the problems we had. 1. NO WIFI for 2 out of 3 days we stayed in 2. The buffet barely offers food diversity but even then, 2 out of 3 days there were NO EGGS 3. The litters of the 3bed bedrooms WERENT DONE, they just threw the bedsheets there 4. Antipathy from the receptionist because language barriers (even though we spoke english) 5. A MISSING TSHIRT was taken with the towels for cleaning and wasn't returned 6. The day we left we needed 2 taxis (big one and small one) and we got 2 VANS, 60€ each. We tried going back inside to change a Van but RECEPTIONIST DIDNT OPEN THE DOOR AFTER CHECK OUT.

The window can't open / I was more time in reception to inform to oper or to close the window/breakfest isn't healthy - coffe unhealthy - eags were overboiled -> quality-preis not worth

It is a budget hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very FIRM.

Really missed nothing, clean room, bed, good towels and no noise from the street. Also continental breakfast was great. Only thing I remember is the ventilator in the shower, which cant be stopped.

Ibis budget hotel is the best -cheap rate but really surpassed a standard budget hotel. Will definitely book again in the future.

Nice hotel, conveniently located for the metro but have a centrally controlled environmental system so their is no option to open a window or turn down the heating which made sleeping uncomfortable for someone who likes a colder room with some airflow

Room was very clean , location perfect close to Metro and bus station, staff friendly McDonald’s next door The only thing was disappointed- breakfast, not worth to pay extra money for it , poor choices And you can’t open window in your room, only if you have medical conditions they will give you handle to open it

Great place to stay! Room was at the front side but no noise at all, traffic is not heavy over there. Situated in a lovely & peaceful neighbourhood with supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. Metro on 5min walking distance. McDonalds is right below the hotel (nice for the kids). Parking is top notch and not expensive, was a bit difficult to understand how it works when arriving there so just give the hotel a call beforehand. Friendly staff, we were able to checkin at 12 already but I guess that has to do with the availability of rooms. Breakfast was OK. Was there with my two daughters (9 and 6 years old) and booked the 3bed room, the kids loved it! The room is simple yet clean and spacious. Door of the toilet is like a saloon door, so you might want to recondiser if you need to stay there with someone you don't know that well. Shower a bit the same although you can divide the toilet/shower rooms from the bedroom with a curtain. Water from the shower tends to drip into the room but but bot a problem at all. Breakfast was not spectacular but quite good for the price you have to pay. Would give this hotel 8 out of 10 stars! Very affordable price while the quality is great. Save environment with everything you need around the corner. Just go out to explore the neighbourhood after dinner!!!

We had a good short stay. The location is very convenient for transportation. We used the velib bikes to visit Paris. There is also a metro stop at 5min walk from the hotel.

The rooms (we had 2 rooms) were clean, efficiently designed, well maintained and comfortable. The whole property itself was clean. And right next to a mcdonalds too. Although the tourist stuff was not within walking distance for me, the train station was a 5-8 min walk from the hotel. Didn't try the am buffet but they do have a vending machine available. An affordable and good option for my family.

The reception was awful, the guy was very rude and refused to speak English. The wals on the toilet were full of pee since we arrived and smelled disgusting.

I booked )1adult +2 children) for an overnight stay because our connecting train was early the following day. We were given a room for disabled. Only 2 small towels and a toilet paper. When we were at reception someone asking for towels as well. I also left my airpods pro under the pillow which was entirely my fault for leaving it behind. But I am still hoping for a little bit of honesty and integrity from this hotel to claim for my lost items. But no! They denied it was there when I can clearly see on my Find My app that it was still on that location. When I mentioned that it has a tracer, it suddenly moved to Lucien Clause area Ibis is a familiar budget hotel but it's cheap to stay overnight but not a value for money for longer stay. There are much better hotel that fits the budget. Hotels that are hones, has Integrity and good standard of service.

Hotel is basic but very clean and good location. About 30 mins on metro. Lovely area to stay. Felt very safe. Staff very nice and helpful. Only 1 thing. Some rooms have shower in the room (not bathroom ) it did Jane curtain to pull over between bed and shower but if someone walked through door you would be seen. my children didn’t like it so we all ended up showering in one room

A little out of Paris but just 2 minutes from Malakoff metro station which takes you straight into Paris centre within 20 minutes. Hotel is cheap and basic but if you just need a bed then this is for you. McDonalds next door.

Sparse but clean and tidy bedroom. Cleaned well each morning. Breakfast reasonable choice and fairly priced

The stay was good. hard to comment as it is a budget hotel. However, ambience, services were good.

Because we hope to stay at this hotel when we go to the same trade show next year, I hate to give it a great review. The price will go up or the rooms will all be sold out. However, it was one of the best Ibis experiences we have had and really a good stay. The front desk staff were courteous and more helpful than most we have encountered. The rooms were large and clean. The showers were very good. The only thing I would have liked to have had was drawers in which to put my clothes. There were some shelves, but my dirty things ended up on the floor in a pile.
