I loved the service and friendliness of the staff!

good hotel

My daughter and I stayed in this beautiful hotel in a perfect location to everything, The service was superb and the breakfast was magnificent. My daughter beat her best time and Thanks to this hotel for a great experience.

Stayed 7 nights with my family in Classical room in 2024 January. There are convenience stores(7-11, Family Mart), 24h super markets(成城石井Seijo Ishii), and restaurants(Wendy's, Ramen, Yakitori, etc.) nearby. Hence, you don't need to have the breakfast in the hotel's restaurant which is expensive. The hotel is close to Gaienmae(外苑前) station(Ginza Line), so it's very easy traveling around. The room is very clean and soundproofed. They also provide free bottled water every day.

The room is very old, and the staff's English proficiency is low, making communication difficult. They were unable to address the guests' needs and allowed for a late check-out. However, they ended up charging a fee for it. Moreover, I realized after returning to my home country and checking the monthly statement that a deposit was charged during the check-out process. I did not use the minibar, so I'm unsure why a fee was applied.

Very good service. There is no magnificent mirror in the room but the hotel bought one immediately after my request. Good location. Clam but very convenient.

I like the connectivity of the location as the metro station is just next to the hotel. There are lots of convenience stores in the vicinity as well. I love the fact that it is 1 stop away from the famous Omotesando Hills district.

Fantastic location on Ginza Line next to station and walking distance of Shibuya and Harajuku. Spacious clean suite for family of four.

For the price it was not worth at all.

Great overall experience!

Read the policies well before booking. They are over charging for kids. We payed 600$ per night and then another 150$ per child. Also, extremely slow service, and limited interest in accommodating basic requests (early check in).

A pair of ladies high heels was found inside the closet wishes strange and frightening. the concierge said the housekeeper forgot to remove it which is unacceptable and even worse. And how can I trust their cleanliness ?

A great hidden away hotel

Nice hotel, clean and good condition. Convenient location next to train station.Queen bed for 2 adults and 7 year old was a squeeze, not sure why we couldn't get a room with sofa or extra bed. Main entrance was on 1st floor and reception was in 2nd. Also pool was only for adults so we didn't get to utilise it.

De má-fé a réservation for 2 adultos a 2 children, a récrives information from hotel, about 2 extra Beds when de came they Saïd thé us impossible because the fire station proibited this thinqs. Ubelivable!!!!!

The room we stayed at was great. It was very spacious and really clean. Hotel staff is exceptional at this property. We also liked the location as it was just a walk away from Harajuku.

Front desk receptionist Dean was excellent and professional. Room itself was very nice but expensive and had zero view. Wifi was exceptionally poor and we had to sit next to the entrance door to receive an intermittent signal. They stubbornly refused to provide more than two small bottles of water per room despite me registering and paying for three guests. No room service. No breakfast available whether paid or unpaid. The only two restaurants in the hotel building seemed to be separately run and not connected with the operation of the hotel-they seemed to only be open for lunch and dinner and closed rather early at 2100. Very annoying was that the gym-one of the main reasons I chose the hotel-did not allow under 16 yrs of age. This was not made known to me beforehand. Not good.

As a former Tokyo resident, I was shocked at how large the rooms were - we were in a junior suite and had room for my two very active boys to play with all their new Pokemon toys while my husband and I were able to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. Breakfast is perhaps the best deal in Tokyo and was a great way to start our days - I recommend buying the coupons in advance! Staff was marvelous and location was perfect - quiet, but within walking distance to omotesando and other parts of Aoyama and literally on top of Gaienmae so we could take the subway easily to wherever we wanted to go. Perfect for our needs - we will be back!

The reception area smelt amazing, the staff were friendly & accommodating. The room a good size, with a comfortable bed & wonderful Bathroom especially the Toto toilet. The pool is huge & the gym has everything you need.

Very close to train station and restaurants. Breakfast was not great.

Great hotel, food, drink and staff all great. The hotel was probably a bit more expensive than I would have expected for the amenities and the underground was needed to see a lot of places but it was good

Spacious room, very clean, wonderful bathroom with great amenities. Extremely helpful staff. Truly enjoyed our stay here!

Close to metro station, walking distance to Aoyama area. The staff is very friendly and kind. Rooms are spacious for Tokyo. One of the best things about the room I stayed inn is that the bathroom has bathtub and separate shower booth. Also, I love the ameneties that they provide. This was my second stay at this hotel and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to travel to Tokyo.
