The room I stayed on the 15th floor is very clean and specious.
WiFi speed has been faster than 6 month ago.
The speed is more than 100 Mbps.
The view from the room is very beautiful.
However, laundry service price has been increased.
It is better to go to a coin laundry near the hotel.
Also, be careful of the parking per entry.
Overall, the price is reasonable.

We had to change to 3 rooms cuz the key card wasnt working. Then the water in the shower area takes forever to drain. Overall a terrible experience. Will never come again

When I check in, they assigned the wrong room type for me. I booked a king bed but a twin bed was given. The phone in room did not work and I had to walk down to the Front Office to ask for my room type, however they informed they are fully booked and not able to provide me with the room type. They were not apologetic at all.

I was not looking for things to do at the hotel and this hotel only had pool and gym.
Overall, a nice place to stay at a good price if you're only looking for a roof over your head.

Upon arrival, I was received by a staff name SUZY, which to me, had the most wonderful smile. everything went smoothly during checkin. On the way up to my room, I realised that I have left my mobile phone on the reception counter, without delaying or even get into my room, I immediately proceed down back to the reception to enquired, but to my surprised, Suzy was there waiting at the lift lobby to return my phone. I was very surprised with her action, I cant comment enough about her. thank you so so so much.

This hotel is a long way from the city..31kms. We paid for valet parking, were told to park car ourselves by security!
Chinese restaurant is great! Nice inhouse bar. Great value for money at $75

Nice hotel but not a convenient location if you don't have transport. More of a business hotel for those with business matters in the vicinity. Expensive at more than RM200 per night. We stayed there because of recommendation due proximity to our visiting venues. Did not allow early check-in, wanted to charged additional RM100 for that. My friends in other rooms found the lift making too much noise at night.

Shower only let through water from half the holes in the shower head. There was an unnecessary fire evacuation after midnight, jolting us out of sleep and having to climb down the stairs. No announcement from staff that we could go back to our rooms until we asked. They just left you hanging around the main door. This ruined sleep to a bad extent.
Rooms are large and comfortable. Nothing in the vicinity that looked safe. Far from places and have to taxi around.

I won't recommend it to my fellow. The room smell so bad. Tha staff not so friendly. Hard to see them smile and greetings.

Used to love this hotel but it seems that the housekeeping is not doing a good job as green & black mold can be seen growing on the silicon of the glass shower panel and grouting of the tiles joint. I feel if this is not rectified, this hotel's rating will keep on dropping.

Interesting location. Didn't expect such a nice and grand hotel to be located in that area. There are shops around for food and groceries. Very convenient. Only downside was the parking area. There isn't a direct lift from the basement carpark to the lobby/front desk. Also, you have to pay for wifi.
