No hot water, was told i had to run the bathroom sink for awhile to get the shower hot water to work! Had to take showers in cold water same fpr out next door room. Broken remote could not turn the volume up all weekend. Very old

Great property

Booking was a breeze. I even called to inquire about the room type as it wasn’t well described through Expedia and Nathaniel was helpful and that he provided a free upgrade for a room with more square footage. He was very accommodating and welcoming, and that is something any guest would look for. The room, however, could use a few changes that would be helpful for its guests. The bedside outlets are not easily accessible because it’s blocked by the lampshade. There is no chair or desk within the room. I did have some work to do and it was difficult to navigate that. A steamer is provided but an iron with iron board would be better. Most importantly, every single hotel room, I don’t care where you go, should have a full length mirror. Housekeeping was great. When requested, they showed up. They provided adequate towels and made the bed very well. Hotel aroma also can be added for good scents. Not just in the lobby but throughout! I love leaving reviews, hoping that the constructive criticism can improve the property and business. Overall, great Experience. How can I forget, the restaurant within the hotel is amazing. New Orleans food is always hitting!!

Overall great place to stay

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also love that it was walking distance to Bourbon St., Canal Street, the convention center and the Caesars super dome. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that housekeeping never came back to clean our room but other than that all was well.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Nola I stay here whenever I get the chance! Love the rooftop bar! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside is I had issues with the toilet flushing and the the sink draining but overall I still love this hotel!

Hotel charges you for parking just not ok almost 50 dollars per day .

Bed was slightly uncomfortable. Not plush at all.

Boutique hotel so eclectic. Open closets, bed very low to the floor, massive shower with great water pressure. Only downside we noted was no ice Machine on the floors. You have to go to the front desk and get a bag of ice for the room ice bucket. Room was clean, bed comfy, valet was friendly. Great location for a concert at the smoothie king center.

It was just a couple blocks from the main tourist areas. Easy to stumble home to at the end of the night. The only issue was that the street was noisy but not much you can do about that in a place like NOLA. Hotel was clean and nice with a bar on the bottom and top floors.

Wonderful, clean and friendly

This property is very close to bourbon st. Its easy to walk to and from at any time of day or night. This property does not offer a free self park option but parking is located right across the street.

Joy is absolutely wonderful! She is such a pleasure to interact with, and is very helpful.

Great experience

The valet are crooks. They double charge for their services. Also the staff is rude. The amenities weren’t available. No TV’s working on the rooftop bar…Out of stock items at the bar…no microwave, iron/ironing board, or robe in rooms…did I mention the staff is rude?…big cockroaches running around in the rooftop lounge bar….Just go somewhere else instead.
