Property seems to need to review its obligations to Expedia, especially regarding process for rewarding room upgrades.

Great property and hospitality

Lovely lake view. Multiple perks, fresh brownies, local Ice cream and drinks. Patio with beautiful view of lake. Staff friendly and helpful. Really nice place for 40th wedding anniversary!

Gorgeous bed and breakfast that strikes a really good balance of preserving the historic building and also providing every modern convenience. It was super clean, really comfortable bed, and excellent customer service. Really felt luxurious and I’ll certainly be back.

Felt a bit like summer camp with a long list of rules that i was told to follow. The welcome glass of wine was nice, but the $4 bottle of wine in the room was a bit disappointing. The breakfast wasn't all that much better with costco type pastries and what i think was a frozen quiche. Cute place, just not quite there for the cost.

Everything was well thought out to give guests the best possible experience here, from check-in to check-out. Attention to small luxuries (and conveniences) is so nice! We'd come here again, for sure.

Loved the water view and access to kayaks and paddleboards. So many little thoughtful touches. The staff was so attentive and helpful.

Last minute stop and the Hotel was great, super cute and gorgeous view. Delicious breakfast and kind staff.

We stayed two nights celebrating our 25th anniversary. The room was lovely with a huge bathroom. The staff left us an anniversary card and a chilled bottle of Prosecco to help us celebrate. The daily complimentary Sangria, ice cream, brownies and most of all the breakfast were fantastic. Loved being on the lake and how conveinent the Inn is to all the area attractions. We definitely plan on coming back to stay again soon.

From the moment you check in, the incredible staff treat you like a VIP. From the delicious peach and mango sangria (or limeade for those who prefer a non-alcohol refresher) to the huge, absolutely delicious complimentary breakfast served on the patio overlooking the lake, everything about the Lakehouse Inn was perfection.

It was our 1st time in Lee, MA. We had a great time staying at The Lakehouse Inn with the ultra comfortable room, gorgeous lake, delicious food, and friendly staff.

This was a wonderful find for us! We were going to a concert at Tanglewood and were looking for something close by. We found the Lakehouse inn and were delighted with what a magical place it is. Right on a beautiful lake. Lots of small touches and amenities. Incredible breakfast looking out at the lake. Staff was lovely….greeted us with a mango Sangria on the porch. Only sad we didn’t stay longer to make use of the kayaks and paddle boards. 10 min drive to Tanglewood. It is on the main road, so a little road noise during the day but otherwise, what a treat! Will definitely stay again.

Lovely and relaxing. Think about asking staff to help bring you bags up and down the stairs tho. No elevator.

The Inn's location has a million dollar lakeview, free breakfasts and free kayaking. This setting is great for mental health. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Situated on the shores of a lake, nice views, outdoor seating and availability of water sports. Convenient to Lenox and Lee.

My husband and I found this Inn on the last night of our vacation celebrating our 55 wedding anniversary. From the moment we entered Sam made us feel special by offering to change the complimentary bottle of wine to a bottle of prosecco then showed us the home made baked goods He gave us a tour of the inn which was spotless as well as the outside looking over Lake Laurel. Our suite had a bedroom, a sitting room with a sofa and a huge bathroom Our breakfast in the morning consisted of pancakes, frittatas, fruit cup and many other choices. It was one of the best we ever ate. We would definitely recommend booking a room here.

The Inn and our room was neat and clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Conveniently located to many of the attractions in the area. And it sits on a beautiful lake. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

They greeted us as soon as we checked in with apple cider and brownies. The room was super cute. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative was it could be noisy when people are walking in hallway. We will definitely stay again.

The Lakehouse Inn is really cute, right on a lake with wonderful waterfront spaces. The bathroom situation is more European--toilet and shower in the bathroom, sink outside. There was no tub, not a problem for me but good to be aware of. The morning breakfast was delicious! I was greeted with a white wine sangria. It's conveniently located for roaming around Stockbridge, Great Barrington, etc. Close to the Norman Rockwell museum, Hancock Shaker Village, Edith Wharton estate. Would absolutely stay again.

Love this Inn, all employees were friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious . I look forward to staying at the Inn again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Lakehouse Inn. The service is excellent - they really take good care of you here, making you feel welcome. There is always a tasty snack and beverage available and the free breakfast is delicious. I don't usually sleep well away from home, but I slept great in the comfortable beds. I will definitely be back!

The Inn was comfortable, roomy enough and has great views for mental health. My only concern is that more noise reduction is needed between floors. Depending on who is above your room, you can hear heavy footsteps and heels on the wood flooring. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and very pleasant.
