The hotel is not the newest anymore but clean and in a great location (everything in walking distance). The breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly and was supporting and helpful with any questions we had. Parking is not so easy during the week but there are many options close by (for a fee) and the staff is helping to find a parking (even upfront via WhatsApp).

My wife and I spent a night in Cagliari before taking our flight, the hotel is located right in the city centre and close to the port and the shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a nice hotel, fairly small and cosy

The best thing my family and I can say about is it’s location in the center of the historic district. We were there for 2 nights and the rooms we received (and were unable to change) had mold on the walls and uncomfortably low ceilings.

The staff at this property were AMAZING... the four that I saw on daily basis were just kind kind kind.. Great location to walk around the city. It is older property but kept clean. I had the breakfast included was perfect for me. Was like continental the croissants wonderful. The only bad thing I can say is they have urinal in bathroom too and smelled like urine sometimes bad. But I enjoyed my trip tremendously and they were a big part of it.....

It is centrally located, walking distance to all important sites. Was not very clean, especially bathroom… Was very loud as our room was facing Indian restaurant but also was weekend. Not easy to sleep. For a short stay it does the work….

A very friendly and comfortable hotel, in the middle of the old town.

This hotel location is great. Right in the Marina section of the historic town, lots happening all around you. Parking is tricky, super cool narrow streets surrounding it. staff is very nice, rooms are comfortable, clean, but not fancy. We just needed a place for 1 evening to catch a plane the next morning early. This was great for that prupose - however I'd also spend a few more days here since like I mentioned, it was well located, fair priced, and clean + comfortable.

This property is a very short walk from the airport train drop off. The train from the airport to the city, was about eight minutes and from there it was less than a 10 minute walk to get to the hotel. This staff working at the hotel was extremely nice. They gave us a few suggestions of things to check out. We got to see an airshow that takes place once a year at the recommendation of the staff. Our stay was very short, but very pleasant.

No parking

The room was modern and seemed recently renovated in comparison to other hotels in Sardinia. However when we checked into our hotelroom we noticed several hairstrains spread across the room and bathroom. When we complained about this to the receptionist she went and cleaned the room again and we noticed a bit of a difference when we came back from our dinner. We didn't use the AC as it was making such a loud noise, making it impossible to sleep while being on. When we informed the lady in the reception about this we were told that the technician had been informed but haven't had the time to look into it yet. Overall this hotel could've gotten a way better rating from me if they just would've cleaned the room properly fr the start.

Fantastic location, very clean and modern property and facilities but most of all wonderful staff. Melinda was especially brilliant and arranged trips for us which were brilliant. She even gave us recommendations as to where to eat. Very friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cagliari. Thank you Melinda you made our little trip extra special. The room was big for a 3-star hotel in Italy, but it was dirty. Hair was spotted on the floor in the room as soon as I entered and noisy neighborhood. The staff are amazing though and very close to the center.

Reception staff were very helpful. A modernly refurbished hotel in a great location in the old town. Left the car parked at the railway station as no parking nearby. Breakfast was good. Definitely stay again.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff was wonderful - extremely nice people. I think they would try to do anything to help a guest. As an older lady who travels alone, I place great value on nice people. There are a few things that could be improved upon. I do not like to have to get dressed and put a coat on to walk outside and down the street to the breakfast room. But that is just lazy me. Breakfast is served in a restaurant with the same name as the hotel and is very basic. I like more hot choices, or, just more choices period. I do not like a shower that is so small you cannot bend over to pick up a bar of soap that has been dropped. But the bathroom was new and very clean. The hot water took forever during the day. My biggest complaint was the in and out wifi. I have to work in the evening using wifi, and it would go out. Since no one is on the desk after 7:00PM, if the wifi goes out, one is out of luck until the next day. Would I stay here again? Maybe,....but at my age I might like a hotel where things go a bit more smoothly. Katherine

Conveniently located in the old town close to everything, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was handy, but some facilities needed maintenance - the hairdryer didn’t work, and the air conditioning worked but kept showing a filter cleaning message. And the shower cap provided had been reused as it was wet inside the packaging, which was gross

Ill keep it brief!- The staff were very friendly and helpful- Continental breakfast suits everyone except those insistent on a fry-up/scrambled eggs- The room was good bar a few issues (tired linen/towels, slightly buzzy fusebox), otherwise well specced and comfortable- could leave luggage on day of departure to spend more time in town.I recommend it - for location its unbeatable, I think, and it was a great price too.
