Good and clean

Excellent rooms

Everything was clean and modern. Linda who served the breakfast was a delight. The only real problem was the outlets. They were so worn down that plugs wouldn't stay in. I had to shove paper under the one at the nightstand to keep my phone plugged in. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

The location is why we stayed there but very nice rooms. Parking is poor.

Great place to stay. Very safe and secure. We were concerned about parking because we have a Sprinter Van and the height prevents us from using some parking structures. There was parking outside of the hotel in addition to the parking structure. Would definitely stay here again.

The people were very helpful and kind.

The staff is always delightful at this property. I look forward to every stay. My room was clean and very comfortable.

Nothing it was a great stay

Our stay was amazing! From start to finish, staff were impeccable. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage without problem at the front desk, who gave us bag claim tags for later (we had a lot of luggage due to helping our daughter move in to UMN). Around noon, we stopped back at the hotel after some shopping and were pleasantly surprised that a room was available for us. We were extremely grateful as we were exhausted (early am flight) and this allowed us to have a much needed nap. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, plenty of room in the bathroom and a great location- a 2 min walk to the light rail stop - very convenient. Later on, we went to rooftop bar to relax. I spilled my drink accidentally and the bartender made me another one without me having to ask. I have stayed here a few times and will definitely return here when I’m in Minneapolis the next time.

I was surprised that we had to pay $25 for parking. The parking was extremely limited and unorganized. Info regarding parking and having to pay for it was. not conveyed to us when we booked. Not happy.

The check in process was a hassle and nobody was friendly but one man.

The property was nice and clean. The shuttle service was an excellent surprise when we got there. I wish they were more upfront about parking prices and when we requested another pillow there was none available. Other than that great stay!

My son and I stayed here and Ubered to the Target Center for a concert. We had a quiet, comfortable stay at a reasonable price and were able to avoid the traffic and parking headache in due town Minneapolis. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and friendly service. Room was very clean and amenities were excellent. Didn’t realize there was a $25 cost for parking until we were already there, which is our only complaint. Still, would stay there again.

Everyone was great to deal with and having our dog with us was easy to check checked in with. Breakfast was great each morning and the roof top patio was great to take your breakfast to.

Breakfast was great, the pool was great and the workout area was great. The breakfast could be a little bigger or maybe if you could have trays so you could take your breakfast to your room, wouldn't be a bad idea. The food was great
