Lovely little hotel , perfect breakfast , lovely and clean, bedsheets smelt lovely, would have been even better if we could have made a coffee in the room

Location is amazing. You can reach to anywhere in old town by walking. If you choose sea view rooms, you will have an amazing view. Can be a noisy up to 2-3 am.

Heart of the city

If you're into nightlife, this is a great place. Right in the middle of shops, clubs and restaurants. Small, cozy place with just 10 rooms, so not very crowded. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If you want a quiet place to rest, this is not the place you want, though. Too noisy at night.

The room was spacious and clean. However, it faced an alley that is very noisy in the early morning hours, with groups of rowdy youths passing by. If you can secure a room facing the sea, take it, but avoid the rooms with a 'city view', or you'll have interrupted sleep. The room also lacked one or two basics, such as a waste basket. The two ladies who run the place are competent, the night duty staff less so.

The employees speak no English, so there were a lot of misunderstandings. If there is a problem, you can not speak to the staff, you need to wait hours (!) for the manager to come. No one wants to wait hours just to speak a problem or to organize something! You are not in some office, you are on your vacation! I needed an invoice, because I didn't get any payment receipt during check-in, so I had to wait hours for the manager to come and understand what I want. She said that there will be an invoice at check-out. But there was no invoice, no payment bill, no voucher, nothing at check-out! You are in a hurry to get your flight and the employee does not understand what you need, the manager herself is not there and didn't organize your invoice beforehand, although you made it clear to her, that you need one. Besides the breakfast is very simple and every day the same, (I was one week there), they remove even some items after 2 or 3 days, for example apples, the only fruit that was there, disappeared at the 3rd day. There is no juice or something like that, and no water! You can apparantly ask for water, but they don't tell you that beforehand! I have asked the manager myself after one day. Don't forget, you can barely speak English to the staff. You need to ask separately for water at breakfast, and just water in glass is free, not in the bottle, they don't tell you that either, so that they can charge extra fees at check-out. I don't recommend this hotel.

I loved the location, all the best entertainment and restaurants are right on this street. We had rental car, and there is otopark( affordable and secure) very close to hotel. It was a short walk from parking to hotel, not sure why some reviewers complain about long walks with luggage, all you will do here anyways is walking in the evening to get to stores and dinner. Staff was very welcoming and helpful at all times. Some don’t speak English but they understand most of requests, I used google translate on phone few times. Room was specious, and they offer daily housekeeping. I read previous reviews prior to booking and some people said breakfast is basic, I disagree. It was delicious and fulfilling. This is typical breakfast in many parts of Europe. Tomatoes and cucumbers are freshly picked from garden probably since I didn’t had them this delicious even from Whole Foods. They offer 3 types of cheese and bread including simit, prepare eggs the way you want, and make regular black coffee, which was strong and delicious. We are definitely coming back next year.

Room was quite large but a bit outdated. Breakfast was pretty basic. Very limited English from the staff but they were super nice and helpful. Very average stay but other hotels in the area are better value

We were on the side facing the bazaar and it is extremely noisy until around 1am. The room itself is large and comfortable and the staff are very nice, but the bathrooms need an update.

Beautiful view from sea view suites. Excellent location near amenities shopping and food.

Hot water was hard to get started, bathroom was small, but functional, shower was really small. Outlets are a premium, I travel with a CPAP machine, had to unplug the refrigerator to use my CPAP. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is an after thought in the entire city.

Nice property overall with a great location. Clean property and great staff. The breakfast was good. The bathrooms could use some work though. The shower was terrible with a broken shower door and showerhead. Apart from the bathroom, the property and stay was great.

Suite with seaview breathtaking. Right in thick of Bodrum tourist area. Rooftop lovely, breakfast average and staff not very accommodating. Bathroom needed good scrub. Worth staying if getting seaview otherwise street side rooms are very noisy.

Love this little place - its clean and affordable in the center of town. The service was outstanding, and they accomodated our early morning departure by providing us a breakfast plate in advance. The big caution I would give is that the windows dont have screens, and there are mosquitoes everywhere, and the music from the pizza place 3 doors down thumps wildly until 2:30am, making this seemingly (should be) quiet street with just shops feel like youre overtop of a disco. Bring earplugs!

Otelin hemen yakınındaki bar gece sabahın erken saatlerine kadar çok gürültü yapıyor uyumak çok zor. Bunun dışında her şey çok iyiydi ****************** the hotel's situation in general is very good. Both the location and the decoration are veryfine. There could be more variety at breakfast. The bar near the hotel was very loud so it was very difficult to sleep until the early hours of the morning . Apart from that everything was very good.

We had a very pleasant stay, the staff are so friendly and cooperative, we felt just like home. The bathroom is clean, good size, towels are clean, bead is so comfy and clean. I recommend for family, couples, or any other.

We stayed there for a week and where very pleased with the service provided, especially by "Cenk". He did not only inform us about places to visit but also guided us through the city. We will certainly return!
