Great location for railway station and it is therefore an extremely easy transfer from the airport. Less than 15 mins on train and airport and airport rail station are connected. Plenty of trains. Accommodation is central. Very clean and comfortable. Good air con, and Wifi plus excellent shower. This is a serviced room rather than a hotel so there is not a permanent reception therefore the owners needs to be contacted in advance and to arrange bag pick up on departure.

WHEN THEY WANT TO KNOW ARRIVAL TIME THEY MEAN IT. THIS IS ONLY FOUR ROOMS (VERY NICE) IN AN OLD BUILDING. IT IS WELL LOCATED, BUT YOU ARE REALLY ALONE. BREAKFAST IS A COUPLE OF ROLLS AND COFFEE EVERY DAY FOR 7 IN A SMALL PATASSERIE SEVERAL BLOCKS AWAY. Rooms are bright modern and comfortable and very clean. Staff and service are exceptional. Will stay again

Loved this place, Fiorella could NOT have been more helpful, she was a delight.The room was bright and airy, spotlessly clean with a fabulous cityscape view. The little extras provided were just perfect, and all the staff we met were so friendly and couldnt do enough for us.If you are arriving by car, use Sat Nav otherwise ...... like me, you will find yourself auditioning for the next Italian Job film! The best place to park is the Metro by the station, 10 euros/24 hrs.The beach at Poetto, the salt flats and the flamingos on the lake are well worth a visit.The wine bar Inu, just a street or so away is also a must.

We had a great time visiting Cagliari with our young son for 3 days. Our 2 night stay at Brezza Marina was a great experience and Fiorella gave us a very friendly welcome with lots of advice on where to visit and places to eat/drink. The room, although quite small for the 3 of us was bright, modern & exceptionally clean with high ceilings and a nice big shower/bathroom. The rooms are on the 5th floor with a tiny old fashioned lift, which was fun for my son and good exercise for me taking the stairs instead! The rooms are ideally located just a few minutes walk from the bus and train station and the train only takes 5 minutes from the airport so there is no need for a taxi and Id definitely avoid driving. The old Castello is 5 minutes away and the views from the top area are beautiful. As we were only there for a short time, we were fine staying at Brezza, but for a longer period I would have chosen an apartment or hotel with more facilities as this is really just one room and thats it, no communal areas or bar. Breakfast is at a very nice local cafe and the pastries and coffee were great - just make sure you ask for 2 as we only got one on the first day! The only other thing Id say is that if you like having the window open (nice views of the sea and roof tops) you might get woken up very early as we were by the bin lorry and road sweeper going round & round the local square. However, all in all a fabulous time - best suited for solo travellers, couples or short stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Brezza Marina and I definitely recommend it. The rooms are really confortable , all is brand new, the bathroom was spacious and rooms are nicely decorated . My room had a great view !! I came for a business trip and thanks to Davide it really felt like home. Fresh pastries and coffee for breakfast , overall I will come back for sure .
