The access card and security were terrible. During my stay, I had to change my card on average 5 times a day. The staff who knew my issues were unable to help at all.

I love this place, easy access to the shopping mall for my kids. Friendly staffs and ease in checking in. Next door is Sunway Lagoon.Will come back again.

Everything about the check in and room stay experience was great and value for money. The room is family friendly. The convenience of being connected to the sunway pyramid mall and location was a bonus. Nearby shops, eateries and pharmacy just across. Parking is abit disappointing to have to pay season parking 15rm per day though despite being guests. Should look into absorbing costs for those drive and check in for a more enjoyable experience. Suggestion to improve: 1)lobby area fragrance smell too overwhelming. To look into it. May not appeal to mass public. 2) breakfast buffet is not at this hotel, have to walk over to hotel. But issue is price to purchase additional pax breakfast does not tally with 3rd party travel websites vs over counter prices. Do tidy up this info with your partners as its a big difference. Different travel apps showing different pricing. So guests wont have to make the long walk only to find the prices are more expensive than listed. 3) some crowd control at hotel breakfast entrance just outside the lift start to be bottleneck Thank you for the experience!

Have been staying with this hotel for all my KL trips. Hotel is pleasant to stay and easily accessible since it’s attach to a mall

Best Location for convention and shopping.

No problem with the property, but issues with online reservation system caused me to basically pay a full day more than my stay due to virtual system mistake. Be careful booking via online services, they do not cooperate with issues.

Great location! The hotel is attached with Pyramid mall. The room is spacious and fully equipped with all the amenity. It's easy to go to Sunway university through the mall and the overhead walkway.

Run down condition despite being a “suite”. Damaged hairdryer, badly maintained gym facilities with zero ventilation, creaky wooden cupboards.

Always talk about VIP amenities yet never makes a difference

i mark you down due to the fire alarm ringing in early morning 6am, and it is a false alarm, please arrange necessary inspection and ensure this would not happened again as this is really irritating the experience.

Enjoyed the stay, the unexpected free upgrade made it exceptional. Will be back.

The counter service was very slow, we waited for them to service and the counter never even asked are we together with the other was service at the counter. she thought we were all together. We did not stand together, instead we stood at the back. Next, the room is too small for us, unable to lay our luggages on floor. The worst was the towels that we received was torn with threads coming off from all edges. It looked like a shoes rag. I could not believe my eyes with it. The only comfort us was the handle luggages guys were very nice, and the hotel closes to the mall and make it very convenience. There is no special service as a gold member of hotels.com

Second booking at this hotel. Very convenient with foods and mall next door. Service bad: i ask for a medicine but they don't hv it. Instead of asking my room number and ask me to go to the big mall to look for the drug store.

Can hear neighbours talking

You don’t get the room type you book, you don’t get the same star rating hotel you book. They just put you in the cheaper room located in the same building under another star rating when they don’t have enough room.

Good for a short away from work. The malls are huge and you need at least 2 days to familiarise the amenities! Hotel staff are courteous and helpful at all time! Both my husband and I have indeed enjoyed this break!

Good location in Sunway. Connected to the shopping mall with lots to do around. Comfortable clean hotel. Good service. Note about guest parking: RM15 a day.
