Clean, quiet, and pet friendly.

Clean and quiet…except for the person stomping around in the room above me. But I can live with that - not something the hotel can control.

The staff are very friendly. Room was very clean with comfy bed and pillows. Major positive is the extra towels that they leave in the room!

Clean and courteous staff. Room was very comfortable and had all amenities. Location was near the freeway, but not too noisy. No complimentary breakfast, but delicious and affordable.

Nice place. Good location. Staff was very helpful in locating a safe overnight storage spot for some outdoor gear.

Room was nice, bed comfortable. Wish the shower head and the shower's sliding doors were better. Wish there was a complimentary breakfast, too. Oh well.

Spacious ADA room. Somewhat noisy bc it's next to the highway. Breakfast is extra but nicely serve. The beds though were too high I think for an ADA room. The self-serve laundry facility accepted debit/CC or coins so that was nice. The elevator was a little stuffy bc of the carpet floor.

The staff was probably the best representatives of the brand we have experienced. Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Well done 🙌

We had to wait a half an hour to check in after 3:00. We sat and watched others check in before us. We were comped free breakfast the next morning and it was very good. We left a good tip for the waitress and then checked out only to realize after leaving that we were charged for another tip for the waitress. So she got a 12.00 tip for a 30.00 breakfast. She was good but we had already tipped her well. The last thing we thought was odd was we went to the pool and we were the only ones there. There was a cleaning cart with cleaning supplies on it and a plugged in vacuum near the pool. My husband and I both commented that it was a good thing that there were no children around.

Easy check in, very friendly desk people, easy access from interstate, quiet, large room, and comfortable.

Best part of the experience was the young woman who checked me in. She was pleasant, friendly and fast at getting me into my room. She was extraordinary at an otherwise average property.

We arrived at the hotel and their check in system was down. I had to fill out my information even though I checked in electronically prior to our arrival. I wasn’t even told about if breakfast was available for the next day. Was very disappointed thinking I could get food in the morning.

It was a lovely experience, the staff was great and very helpful. The food and drinks were amazing at the restaurant.

This was one of the better Hilton properties I have stayed at. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were great with a bar and restaurant in the main lounge area.

I won’t lie when I say the Hilton used to be the best to stay at. Beds are mediocre. Bath towels are scratchy. They give community products and everything costs money. Including non lagging internet. I dunno. For 215$ a night. I expected more. It was awful but I did expect more.

Great place to stay. Great breakfast and lounge.

For the price it lacked some amenities. The Wi-Fi didn’t stay connected for long went out every fifteen minutes or so. The tv was awful, no smart tv, so couldn’t stream anything.

The bathroom has a musty smell. The comforter under the bed spread had blood stains on it.

We stay here often and we can always get a room we desire, the staff are helpful, and the breakfasts are great.

All very good except there were a bunch of dead ladybugs on the window sill and 3 live ones that accompanied me during my stay. I don’t mind a couple ladybugs hanging out on a lampshade but the dead ones should have been cleaned up during daily room service. Also my coffee pods didn’t get replenished. Had to goto front desk.
