Staff upon check in was a little short with us since we were early. I had called earlier in the week and was told this was ok and confirmed again the morning of but it wasn’t written anywhere i guess? Other than that it was good.

Arrived on July 1. Restaurant was closed.
Kitchen closed. Fortunately a Tim Horton coffee shop was only a block away. And provided us something to eat for supper. Left before the breakfast “included” in the hotel was available. We left at 7am. Breakfast started at 8am.
Room was clean.
If you only need a place to sleep, then this meets the mark.
The description of the hotel says there’s a casino. It did have VLT’s in the bar. ☺️

Stayed for skating competition and it was very easy to go back and forth. Fun pool for kids the chill in.

It was unique, the toilet didn't flush unless you lifted the lid and arm manually, fan in bathroom did not work. Exterior looked like a old worksheet. Holes in the couch, dirty curtains, oven didn't work. Staff was so nice!

I have stayed there a couple of times and the Beds are hard and old they need to be replaced. Also there is a old stuffy smoke smell in the rooms that we have stayed in. Service is good.

Black Mold. Couldn't get waited on for food. coffeemaker was plugged up and didn't work. It was quiet.

Oh, we couldn’t get the t.v. to work. Even called in a man friend who couldn’t get it to work either. Yes, we followed the instructions.

We spent two nights in the business class area. Clean, well kept, functional. We wanted to extend our stay by one night and had to be moved to the B block. Much rougher, stained floors, chipped countertops, and the hot water ran out during a shower.

It was safe and clean. Toilet did nor work properly and staff did not solve it, even after coming to our room. We had to deal with it for 6 nights. Bed was low and too soft. Price was reasonable and laundry facilities were good. I would likely not stay there again.

Enjoyed playing pool having dinner right on site wish the breakfast started earlier than 8am as we had a 10hr drive ahead of us overall stay was great

Not that great, unfortunately! Which one should I start, ok the first one was it took a while to find the right building around and the room. Because no label or writing something showing which room is where and good luck! The space here is not enough to tell whole story-:)

Everything was very clean on arrival!! When we had a couple issues the staff was on it quickly to make it correct!! When we wanted to eat in, we couldn’t because of a minor with us, the staff immediately opened up the restaurant so we could dine in there!! We were amazed and very pleased with the service we received!! ❤️❤️

There was a family wedding in Altona and everybody had a terrible checkin experience. They left my brother sitting while she went to make a BLT sandwich for somebody. I think the one poor girl was covering check ins, the bar and the restaurant. They couldnt find my reservation for a while. My check out sas ok but others had a problem. Some they charged at checkin some at checkout. My daughter payed at check in then at checkout they tried to charge her agai . Luckly she had her reciept.

Great little hotel. Excellent bar with the best food in town. Rooms were clean. Nothing extra but everything you need. Perfect place to stay for a team.

Beds are hard as a rock and you can feel the springs coming through. Front desk was no help in getting me a toothbrush or phone charger.

Large clean room in a lovely Manitoba town. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Our unit in this motel was hard to find as there was no number outside the exterior door. The only entry access was through a door and hallway. Although there was a restaurant at the hotel it was closed because of a “staff shortage”.It was nice and quiet though.

Comfortable stay. Unfortunately they were short staffed so had to order takeout because restaurant was closed. Meal was excellent though. Also due to staffing they forgot to bring our towels as there weren’t enough for 4 people. I did go down and get some so not a big deal, but would have preferred to just have her tell me to come and get them rather than wait 20 mins and have nobody show up. I understand staff shortages and they were doing their best. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay in Altona. We ate at Oma’s Cafe the next day and I have never had such a big meal for such a low price. 4 of us had full breakfast meals with beverages for $38, and the food was excellent! So much food that we couldn’t even eat it all.
