We received very good service, Fresh fruits, Hot eggs,hot oats meal and staff keep smiling and filling out stuff regularly. And keep removing dirty dishes.

No area maps were available on reception. But staff was very good & helpful to guide us how to move around in the city

The sheet had a crusty brown stain in the middle. It was also covered in hair, it was evident that it was not changed between guests. The mattress protector was also covered in huge nasty stains. And the 20 year old mattress was also full of disgusting stains. The replacement sheets had blood stains on them, the second replacement set was finally acceptable. The freezerless fridge emitted the most awful, ear piercing high-pitched whistle nonstop the whole 14 hours we were there. The tub filled with nasty grey/brown sludge and water when I had a shower, as did the tub in the other room that family stayed in. At breakfast, I'm thankful that I tasted the packet of syrup before my toddler did, as it was rancid and easily one of the most foul tasting things I have ever had. The window was covered in some sort of mold. It looked like a Petrie dish from a science lab. The smoking area was right below our window, and our room smelled of smoke every time someone lit up, and that was with the window closed. Even if we wanted to open the window, the screen was torn badly, so we couldn't due to the millions of wasps that were swarming the hotel. Someone had also turned the heat on and set it to 26 degrees in the other room that family stayed in... during a heat wave. Had my elderly father not have checked us out, I'd have had words with the on duty manager as this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we've had.

The rooms need an update. I could see light coming from underneath the wall. The bed was slanted and we kept rolling to one side.

Breakfast was so so… to much artificial food. Kids running up and down hallway btwn midnight and 3am sucked. Staff were great and friendly!

Check hallways during the night! Have more homemade food for breakfast. Being a diabetic there was very little health protein options and when I asked for some (hard boiled eggs) I was told there are none

The location was perfect as it was close to my family and my medical appointments. The bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was fresh and tasty as well! We loved staying here especially since we were able to bring our dog along with us!!

The only thing that could have been improved was the parking. As it was first come first serve, we went out for the evening and returned to find someone else parked right in front of our room. Not the worst thing but a slight inconvenience for us.

Location is fantastic and it’s always competitively priced. Breakfast is always edible with lots of variation. Featuring a waffle maker that’s fantastic.

Carpets are pretty nasty and old. Had to wear my Sandles. It’s old, and you can tell the age is getting to it.

Location, wife and I have stayed many times, always good staff, comfortable. This time did not disappoint.

I think they are over priced, starting to show it age and in general I think hotels and motels are overpriced and it is effecting people travelling less and shorter time. Price of gas is not encouraging travel then expensive hotels with extra charges makes you think maybe stay home.
