security looked like gangsta lol room was hot as f but do-able toilet was plugged when flushing

Our room had a bad smell! Like they were covering up a bad odour. We let the front desk know and they moved us to a cleaner smelling room.

Restaurant was very good. Check out staff was nice and professional

Check in staff was almost to the point of being rude. Bug on shower curtain. Found it in morning.

Close to everything especially when you come to the city on bus and don’t have a car.

Kids were running around and holding up the elevators. The security didn’t move at all. Was very noisy on my floor as people were coming in late and slamming doors. I have stayed here and never had problems so it won’t stop me from staying again.

The front desk was very helpful. I was booked in the wrong room amd the problem was fixed in seconds.

Everything was good except for cold showers. I took a shower around 630pm Saturday and it was very cold and Sunday morning at 7am was a bit warmer but still not very good.

The beds were quite comfy and the rooms had some space in them. Staff were kind.

Rooms weren't close together at all but I understand that not much can be done about that. Pool was small. No indication of when buffet began for breakfast. Whole experience was decent but never blew our minds. Just wish that we were closer together and that people in other rooms kept it down.

Didn't win on the Vlt machines this time around
