Hotel rooms were large. Bathroom was small. Hallways were not update but room and lobby were nice. Pool was decent but hot tub was not working
Halls were dated. Bathrooms were small.
Restaurant didn't open until 8:00 and we had to leave before then.

The location was good for us. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but you have to pay more for it would have been better if it was included.
The rooms were very dated and not very clean. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. The parking area was quite dirty as well

Location was great, good service in the lounge.
The room and hall was very dated, the waitress in the lounge told us they had the worst wings so do not order them so we ordered nachos but the portions were very small.

Argumentative staff at checkin regarding shuttle and booking
Restaurant closed from 2pm on, had to eat in bar
Heating fan rumbled and vibrated, I had to take out filters and clean, couldn’t sleep

Our room had a bad smell! Like they were covering up a bad odour. We let the front desk know and they moved us to a cleaner smelling room.

Check in staff was almost to the point of being rude.
Bug on shower curtain. Found it in morning.

Close to everything especially when you come to the city on bus and don’t have a car.
Kids were running around and holding up the elevators. The security didn’t move at all. Was very noisy on my floor as people were coming in late and slamming doors. I have stayed here and never had problems so it won’t stop me from staying again.

The front desk was very helpful. I was booked in the wrong room amd the problem was fixed in seconds.

the lounge was good
Everything was good except for cold showers. I took a shower around 630pm Saturday and it was very cold and Sunday morning at 7am was a bit warmer but still not very good.

The beds were quite comfy and the rooms had some space in them. Staff were kind.
Rooms weren't close together at all but I understand that not much can be done about that. Pool was small. No indication of when buffet began for breakfast.
Whole experience was decent but never blew our minds. Just wish that we were closer together and that people in other rooms kept it down.
