Well located. EXCELLENT restaurant.

Lovely hotel stay in Antwerp with the family. The staff are exceptional and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. A great location just a couple blocks from the old town and a few blocks to the Diamond district. Make sure to ask the front desk for any recommendations you need as all their suggestions were great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Everything was marvelous from the glass of Prosecco at checkin to the impeccable service to the very last minute. Cannot say enough about the solicitude of the staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My biggest problem with this hotel is the bed. The bed was awful. Waking up on vacation sore and uncomfortable isn't ideal. The breakfast was wonderful as was the staff on duty for the breakfast.

Weekend stay, our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet & comfortable. Hotel is well located within walking distance to old town & the port. We walked from the train station to the hotel and it was okay distance if you don’t have a lot of luggage but a taxi may be a better choice

Beautiful hotel - very well appointed and well staffed. Rooms were a good size for Europe and beds very comfortable with nice linens. Especially loved the welcome glass of Prosecco during check in! Great stay and beautiful area!

The most wonderful welcome I've had at a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay Room was comfortable, bed sensational and shower top notch Breakfast was incredible! Wonderful, small but perfectly formed, fresh buffet with pastries straight out the restaurant oven, and cooked to order eggs Would come back

The breakfast was exceptional with fresh breads, cheese, fruits, and juices. Eggs to order. Adding the breakfast option was well worth it. The bed is comfortable. Shower was spacious. Everything was great. The only exception is Road construction in front of the property but this is temporary as of 9/28/23.

Had a lovely night here on our Belgian tour. Couldn’t fault the hotel - great room, clean bathroom and good shower. Central location too. Road works outside the hotel but had no effect on our stay and didn’t notice any noise. Lovely touch was the glass of Prosecco on arrival.

This is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff located in a great location for shopping and eating.

Close to Eiffel and trains

We had one of the small rooms but it was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. (Unfortunately the street was a building site and the first thing to greet us at the entrance was a huge digger. Presumably that was temporary and not something the hotel staff have any control over.). Breakfast priced at 28 euros was well above and beyond our budget.

Good location about 5 minutes for the main square but far enough away to be quiet and not get disturbed by bars and restaurants

Poor check in. Little assistance available. Asked for a map of the local area and got one the size of a soap. Excellent housekeeping and restaurant-bar staff. Windows are paper thin. We listened to men arguing each night from the apartment building across the street at 2am every morning.

Horrible staff that doesn’t say hi at all, Hospitality is key and not being friendly is really a huge let down with these place. It’s very outdated and needs a entire refresh for the interior. With all these iconic designers like Vincent van duysen, Axel, etc etc I expected a better design over all since this hotel is next to so many interior showrooms.

Hotel Franq is a quick taxi ride or tram from Antwerp Station. It is on a quiet street, but an easy walk from the old town sights and the trams. The hotel has quirky, stylish decor and the rooms are decent size with good air conditioning and all the usual amenities. The bar was nice with good snacks, if a little expensive. The Michelin star restuarant was very good, if not spectacular. Some dishes were truly great, some were good but not that special. (The galangal sorbet with siracha palate cleanser was outstanding!) Staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We did think that green tracksuits as the bar/restaurant uniform looked a little bit odd, but that is a minor comment! We would definitely recommend Hotel Franq for a lovely place to stay when in Antwerp.

Nice city hotel missing a spa.

Lovely hotel in the center of Antwerpen. Walking distance to design quarters (5 min) and to the big shopping street as well. Rooms are well planned with very comfortable bed and lovely linen to the duvet. White Company products in Shower and friendly staff. Was not impressed by the breakfast. A mix of buffet and order that was fair - but oh the coffee - under all critics, tasted very sour. Also no minibar in the room but a bottle with cleaned tap water.

Lovely hotel close to the old city centre. Impressive lobby and friendly reception. Happy to accommodate additional requests for room amenities. Was hoping for a bath - description said tub/shower combo but rainforest shower was acceptable. Room service was excellent and attentive to detail. A little noisy (plumbing, other guests) but probably due to the beautiful old building. Could make more of a feature of the downstairs vault - a lounge/bar/exhibition space? - paying homage to the history of the building’s architectural features. Gay friendly but surprisingly quiet during a gay festival...shame because deserved to be busier.
