I have taken my emotional support dog before and never charged me. This time she charged me $150. My dtr. Arrived an hour later and had her dog with her in her arms and they never even mentioned it and did not charge her.
Also, the cafe/bistro tables were dirty when we had breakfast the first morning, even though there were very few patrons. The 2nd morning, they were short staffed and the woman who stepped in was unfriendly, unaware of what was going on around her. We waited in line 20 minutes or more. I was very disappointed tbis stay.
The rooms and hotel itself were still nice and clean and comfortable.

Best price for the quality of room we found. Having to pay for parking at a hotel is always a bummer & the attitude that one of the female staff members has in the morning comes off as disrespectful. Other than that our stay was good.

The room was not very clean there was red sticky stuff all over the bathroom. The air did not seem to be working at the temperature that the thermostat said it was. The lady upon check in was very rude and didn't tell me she was going to charge my card $40 in case something went wrong. She told me she was just taking the card to have on file. Overall I would not stay here again.

The women at the front desk was not friendly at all she made me feel like a bother. The women who helps out at take out is absolutely wonderful wish she helped me with check in

The stay was nice, well-kept, and clean. bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked out all light which was fantastic. The staff could have been a little more friendly but they were just fine.

Clean rooms, nice hotel. There are a couple of things it would’ve been nice to know, however. One is that the restaurant wasn’t open. The other is that parking is $20/night.

I was really disappointed with the front desk . Not accommodating without a comment. We asked for 3 clean glasses because the ones in our room had hair in them .she said housekeeping is gone you’ll have to wait till tomorrow. The carpet’s everywhere were filthy . And the air freshener though out the hotel was way to strong . I could go on . But I just wouldn’t go back ! Terry Elkins

Netflix was not available on the TV although it had a designated button on the remote. Staff advised it just wasn’t working and nobody there knew how to fix it.
No plastic bags in trashcans made it difficult to handle smelly food scraps after food delivery.
Requested view of Bay room and got the parking lot. Parking fee was not mentioned in room quote or booking receipt…it was $20 and no available street parking nearby.
Price was affordable for the area though.

Anytime we have to book a last minute overnight stay we always opt and choose Courtyard by Marriot in Redwood City. I love their staff's hospitality and their rooms are well kept and we've never had one issue when booking and staying at this hotel.

The carper to the rooms / hallways is sooooo dirty and the shower had shaven hair stains all over

Well our shower had crazy cracks in the wall an mold, the carpets need a good spring cleaning, it was crazy gross.

Comfortable room, nice and professional stafff. My issue is NO WATER bottles in room. Should be stocked in refrig -- and need to improve in room coffee machine --

I parked on the 2nd floor of the parking garage only to find there was no access to the hotel from there without a room key. I had to take a stairway which left me on the street on the opposite side of the building from the entrance. Had to walk all the way around this rather large hotel just to check in.

Great service, clean space, and great hours for their restaurant. I really appreciate that their meal hours accommodated a wide range of wake up & bed times.
