Excellent choice! I had my daughters pool party here and set up everything nice in the room, no complaints, very nice, there when you need something etc 10/10

We always like the rooms with the kitchen and Residence In has them available. The cost is affordable the hotel is clean. The staff is very professional.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The nicest woman welcomed us at the front desk the evening we checked in. The room was spacious, well equipped and overall appeared clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also quite spacious but needed some attention and updating. One towel was not clean, the base of the shower had some mold/mildew and needed to be recaulked and the toilet paper holder was loose and kept dumping the toilet paper on the floor. The breakfast was great - more options than most places and quite good. We would stay here again but ask for a room with an updated bathroom.

This place was very clean,cozy,staff was absolutely amazing.

When we arrived, the room smelled like cigarettes. We requested a nonsmoking room. The main light in the living room was out, so I had to request that someone come and change out the light bulb. The towels in the bathroom had mascara stains on them, so we had to ask for replacement towels (and they only do room service every other day). The AC is very noisy. The phone in the room is also not great - half the time, I could not hear what the person at the front desk was saying. Finally, and this was the worst, the couch is supposed to accommodate people to sleep since it's a sofabed. When I pulled it out, there were crumbs and stains all over it. The crumbs also spilled on the floor. I called down to get help and no one cleaned it up. So, we could not use the couch for sleep.

The front desk staff were all extremely professional and treated everyone with the utmost respect. Sharon went out of her way to ensure my stay was absolutely perfect.

Upholstered furniture stained and dirty. Found a turd-like object next to the desk. Carpets stained too. Tiles in bathroom moldy. Hall carpets filthy.

Large rooms, convenient location, solid breakfast, and friendly and efficient staff.

Sharon during check-in was great to meet the whole establishment is family-friendly dining was great for family breakfast the room had enough seating for a family dinner and the rooms are nice and spacious.

Very clean hotel! The friendly staff made it welcoming and comfortable. Our room was cleaned and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the lady cooking the food did an awesome job. Only wished they had a bigger pool.

I would probably not stay here again. I found it problematic that the heating/air conditioning system does not have a "fan only" option. It means that there is no air circulation in the room if the AC is off. The windows only open a couple of inches (although I was able to get a maintenance man to remove the little block so that I could open them more). They serve breakfast but it was strange that the only fruit available was bananas. How hard would it be to provide some oranges and apples, or perhaps melon and pineapple? I stayed 11 nights and the last 5 nights, they didn't even have bananas. To their credit, they did offer plant-based milk options. Even though there's a kitchen, it's not well equipped. There wasn't even a toaster in my room, although they did find me one. The best part of my stay was the very friendly staff. They really did go out of their way to try to make me happy. So that is great. But the other things, especially the lack of fan setting, are the reason I will likely not stay here again.

Housekeeping was haphazard, not every other day. Grimy.

My stay was perfect

Didnt like the condition of the bathroom. My wife had to get bleach to spray on the shower, because of the mildew that was in the cracks in and outside of the walkin shower.

Our room smelled like pot smoke every night from about 8:30 to 2am.Caused us to feel bad and our clothes and hair to smell bad the whole trip. Talked to manager, got promise to talk to room next door, but no change for 3 nights. Not a good experience.

The property was quiet and clean. The staff ranged from friendly to very friendly.

The toilet was not bolted to the floor, so wobbled every time you sat on it. The shower ledge was hanging off the wall. The kitchen area was not too clean, it was wiped over with a dirty cloth. Staff was awesome, at front desk and in the breakfast area.

Pull out couch didn't have a mattress. Had to call to get one. Room look thrown together.

The room smelled like dogs, the carpet was dirty the bathroom floor was cracked I leveled and the toilet seat had a crack in it that showed how nasty and unclean it was. The hallway went in vacuumed for the entire stay. The refrigerator was loud and kept coming open. The staff however was the only upside. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.
