Right in the heart of İzmir. We walked everywhere. It’s a fantastic location! The staff was attentive, and the check-in process was quick. The price offers great value. If the cleanliness were a bit more thorough, it would deserve 10 stars!

The lady at the front desk at11:00 on 23/10/2024 was very polite and extremely helpful in any questions or need i asked for during my stay. This lady needs to be awarded and promoted for outstanding performance.

Overall, the hotel was fine. No big complaints, just a few minor things that were a little inconvenient. Check in was 2pm, when I arrived at 4pm the room wasn't ready. Only had to wait 15 minutes. The shower and sink didn't drain that well. The bed had 1 sheet covering the mattress and 1 blanket on top, no second sheet to cover me. This must be a Turkish or İzmir thing because it was the same at my next hotel. However, the blanket was too short and didn't cover my feet. Room was very clean and staff was great though.

The receptionist attitude was not pleasant. It's not the first time I've stayed in a hotel, but it's the first time I've been asked to sign something before my stay and it's natural for me to want to read it. In addition, it was not nice to have a conversation on the phone with someone else while checking in.

İt was ok.Not such extrem looking room as in photos,but it is ok to stay for a few days.Bear mind the location is more relevant for adults ,because of street night life.No private parking ,but there are rented parking places which close to hotel.

The staff was very helpfull. The kitchen staff and the front desk is very kind and solution oriented. The rooms are small if you are going to stay long but in our 45 days visit, we adapted and enjoyed very much. The kitchen equipments inside the room helps a lot. Everything was clean and proper. Thank you so much

This was a great find. Not only was it a great value for the cost, but the staff went above and beyond, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. If you've never been to Izmir, it's now one of my most favorite cities of the world. Safe, clean, and the people are very friendly.

Decent budget hotel. We were in an economy room which was very small (not enough room to put 2 suitcases). Also the shower in our room leaked all over the floor of the main room. Location was good in that it was close to lots of restaurants, nightlife, etc. however it was difficult for taxis, tour buses, etc. to access. Breakfast was overpriced for what you got. Our room was on the top floor, which was not accessible by elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. The rooms were clean, however the public washrooms in the lobby were not kept very clean.

An excellent hotel over-all. A minor drawback was the scarcity of inventory in the kitchen: adding another small saucepan and a ladle would not hurt. But otherwise, everything was wonderful! I would especially like to mention the hotel staff: very attentive, smiling, accepting you as a family. They cater to your every wish: water, soap, everything I asked for ended up in my room. I especially want to mention the girl at the reception, Secil, who helped me print the boarding pass on a short notice. Despite the printer not working, she found a workaround, spent a lot of time and made it work, putting all her heart into the job. My sincere gratitude to her personally.

Hotel location is very good in terms of proximity to the city centre, restaurants, seaside, etc. You can enjoy yourself in walking distance for most of the time. But it is also very noisy especially during nights and early morning until 2-3 am. Random people will shout, argue and talk loudly most of the night and sound isolation was not very good.
On Sunday mornings there's a bazaar right in front of the hotel where sellers start preparing stalls, etc starting from 4-5 am.
So most of the time we could not get good night sleep.
Room cleanliness was ok, but could have been better. Some amenities were missing. Couldn't find pillow case even after we had asked for it.
Breakfast was good, but nothing special.

First time in Turkey and arrived at 1:30am., and was greeted by hotel staff and was heading to the room very quickly. Amazing as we spoke no Turkish and the clerk spoke a little English and everything worked well. Great stay as the neighbourhood was confusing at 1:30am., on a Saturday evening. Trying to get assistance at times over a 5 day stay was a challenge but one needs to consult guide books and use the Internet, Construction of new sidewalks is underway so some night noise getting rid of debris and will look great in another year.

When we came we were asked for payment although we already paid online. Nobody helped to bring our bag to the room, nobody gave us water and water in the room is not free. We asked for iron, huge hotel doesn’t have iron!

The room was poorly designed. A door that opened inwards into the bathroom. Cooking hob but few utensils. Large room but small table and chairs, lot of empty space for nothing. King size bed was comfortable. Construction work going on outside starting at 6am, even on weekends. Friendly staff. Heating on all the time and had to turn it all off. Large TV on wall enclosed so no place to use USB. TV on all the time so waste of electricity. Underfloor heating on all the time but staff said there was none!! close to the seashore and lots of shops and restaurants. Not a place I would go back to.

Also, next door they are undergoing heavy construction (a new building from the ground up). It was quite noisy at times because of this.
Additionally, I booked the "deluxe suite" based on the photo with the table chairs and sofa. However, when I arrived I was told that was not available... Maybe the caption should be updated to make it clear which room that is.

The photo showing of the economy room is only a photo of the bathroom. There is no hose attachment for the shower. And there is no kitchen as is shown by photographs of all the other rooms.I felt deceived as I expected a kitchen in the room. The only room picture is of other rooms not of the economy room. Then they had pictures of different bathrooms as well got the economy room only had a picture of a bathroom so the Assumption was that have a kitchen as the other photos
