I wish hotels would tell us whether or not they are going to clean our rooms. We always want fresh towels and leave them on the floor. About half the time we stay in hotels (about 2-3 times a month), they have a “policy” of only cleaning every other day or not at all. Why can’t they tell us the policy when we check in? Or put a sign in the room or something? Why do we only find out when we get to our room late at night and discover all the towels still on the floor?
Also Specific to this hotel… there are no restaurants near by but they have one in the hotel and a “full menu”. Sold out hotel with one (seemed to be VERY stoned or super mellow?) employee taking orders. No coffee cup lids. No fruit for yogurt parfaits. Expired yogurt, and very slow service.

I liked being able to buy food instead of getting cheap food for “free”…to me, it’s better to have to conveniently located bistro type foods for a small fee (less than casual dining) and enjoy them in our rooms or lobby dining area than having to venture out repeatedly. This goes along with the sbux too. Smart logic that most folks probably don’t think thru completely! But it made perfect sense to me. Thank you ! Also the staff was nice! Quintessential bright eyed college aged kids !!!

I do not like that I had to pay for parking! AND that you never mention that beforehand. I learned in my email receipt. This is the first time that I have been billed for parking anywhere except large cities. It was a surprise and the fact that this is not presented at time of booking does not reflect well on your hotel, in my opinion.
No morning coffee is the lobby for guests and only Starbuck coffee available for purchase was another negative. I will be choosing another hotel on my next trip to Pullman.

liked the large rooms and the couch and ottoman. Nice bathroom and shower ( though no providing lotion was a miss).
looked into coming back for a football game and we were quoted up to $600 A NIGHT (in Pullman??) which was over the top.

Good property for campus visits. Would like to be able to run the fan on the AC continuously to drown out noises like at the Hampton Inn.

Beautiful hotel but did not offer any extras. Not even free coffee in the morning. I ordered a coffee and it was $7 bucks.

BEWARE HIDDEN CHARGES = THE PROEPRTY CHARGED US FOR PARKING WITHOUT EVER MENTIONING THERE WAS A CHARGE - IT WASN'T CALLED OUT IN OUR RESERVATION NOR AT CHECK-IN. ITS NOT BIG $ BUT JUST BE DECEIVING.

Easy parking, nice clean hotel with restaurant on site. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
The only thing I didn’t like was they charge you $20/day to just park on the property.

Staff and cleanliness was excellent. However, the jacuzzi was out of service. That is the only reason I chose this hotel instead of a few others in area. Very disappointing!

The location did not have a pool. When asked about it we were referred to the property next to us. The jacuzzi that was on site was not working.
The food option was The Grill. We ordered dinner from there as we were exhausted and did not want to drive. The food tasted below expectations and portions were small. Maybe it would have presented better on a plate versus a to-go-box.

It was ok. The shower was ridiculous! No door so water sprayed everywhere and it was freezing with no door.
No body lotion or extra soap in bathroom. No complimentary waters and coffee machine was awful. No complimentary breakfast or coffee. The modernness is so overrated! Ac was so noisy clunking off and on and were dropped from shower all night with water shut off.

Close to the University.
We didn’t like how the housekeeping did not empty the trash cans, bed wasn’t made and used towels wasn’t picked up and not replaced with fresh ones.

Everything was fine. Wish there were better breakfast options. $7 for a cup of coffee is a bit steep.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly. The advertising of breakfast and a pool feels slightly misleading as the breakfast is not provided and the “pool” is more of a hot tub.

Fine other than the energy saving was supposed to require just one swipe with the card, but we ended up having to leaving the second card in the sleeve so lights worked.
