Great place, very very very clean, good air-conditioning, good breakfast, good people, the only thing that was a bit of a down site was that it located on the main street and it's a bit noisy,good parking, very close to the train station

The staff suggested a wonderful place to eat that was minutes away.

It looks quite luxurious for a 3 star hotel. They style is modern but it needs maintenance! A lot of furniture is damaged. There’s a problem with the electricity and lights goes on and off without touching the switch. You can’t change the temperature of the room and there’s no ventilator in the bathroom installed. The result is molt in some corners. In general the room was clean but I don’t understand why there was no coffee machine. Also the restaurant was closed during my stay. The breakfast looks nice but it wasn’t. Ten minutes after opening the warm products were already cold. The second day I chose to have breakfast outside. The hotel have a lot of potential but they need to focus on the basics first.

The pictures shown on hotels.con are a bit deceptive. When I checked in, the hotel lobby and the rooms are a bit disappointing and run down. The staff speak good English and nice, but the condition of the room needs improvement. For example stinks on carpet bed sheet and around the bathtub. The bed was only average - needs improvement in terms of comfort in mattress and sheet etc. the room is big but does not look like what advertised on hotels.com pictures so I was a bit disappointed. The staff was able to book a private day tour with direct drop off and pick up at lakes plitvace at 5pm for next day 8:40am so I was impressed. The buffet breakfast was good and reasonable range of food for hotels in Europe so I think it is still reasonable good hotel with good price.

The hotel was in a location that was convenient to everything. I loved that the tram was right in front. Jasmine was super helpful and gave us some amazing recommendations of where to go and check out. She made our stay so welcoming.

Our shower had a lot of mold. A cup of bleach would have gotten rid of it.

There is a bath but no shower.

It is good to have free parking and breakfast, the room is big and clean. However, there is no kettle and our room only has bathtub but no stand to hold the shower head.

It was good functional hotel. Though too far from the city centre. And they didn’t clean the room on the second day, which I thought was strange.

The room needed updating in terms of USB ports for electronics. We had to use our converters and plug everything into regular outlets which were not conveniently placed in the room. Otherwise, everything was superb. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but coffee was delicious. Parking is convenient in gated private small lot next door. Places to walk to for dining. Staff professional and polite. Loaded bar in the room with goodies. Super quiet and beds very comfy. Boutique hotel about 3.5km from the city center with easy public transport if needed. 20 min ride to airport. Would def stay here again.

Large room, good breakfast, very clean bathroom. The shower door leaked flooded the floor went looking for staff did not find any at 2 pm no one answered the reception desk. At 5 pm when we were going for dinner I asked the lady at reception for dry towels as I used the towels to mop up floor. She said yes but I did not believe she would. When we came back wet towels still on floor in bathroom I took them downstairs to reception then was told I was rude to do that in front of others by guy on desk. “I was rude to get dry towels when they did not do it” talk about no customer service.

The hotel is in a fine area, parking is easy to access from the main street. The parking lot is not big, but the hotel staff tries to manage it well for all guests. More parking spaces would be desirable. The hotel has been nicely renovated, the air conditioner works fine in the rooms, but not in the hallway and elevator. We were there in June, so the hot summer certainly needs better air conditioning everywhere in the hotel. The bathrooms are well arranged and clean. The bedding is also comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Rooms facing the main street are exposed to traffic noise and this disturbs sleep. We would love to return to this hotel.

Modern stylish rooms with good service. Average breakfast, items are tasty but limited selection. Public transport helps to offset the less rhan ideal location. All and all a good experience.

It was amazing, the hotel staff assisted me with everything I wanted, where to go visit as a tourist, the food was good and the rooms were very spacious. I want to also thank Matea who was always ready to assist and made sure I was happy as well as comfortable with my trip to Croatia.

This hotel is fantastic. The breakfast is delicious! The location is great we walked to the zoo within 20 mins from our hotel. We enjoyed our stay, it is about 1.5 hours on public transport from the airport. Public transport is super cheap in Zagreb 60 mins is only $1.33 per person. The hotel staff were superb!

The hotel advertises as VIP access and free bottle of wine. Forget it! After long chat with support finally they gave it, but not worth the effort. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning, even they say they do. We've stayed a week after after specifically I've told them to fix for next guest, but they didn't. It was 23-24C in the room the first time when we stayed, so it was somewhat bearable. The breakfast is OK, but if you go later when it starts all food that supposed to be warm is cold. The bathroom was quite spacious, but just one shampoo & shower gel bottle attached to the wall, no lotion, no hair conditioner and etc. The room wasn't deluxe at all, much smaller than in pictures and quite old. The slippers were so small that you can't actually use them. No bottled water in the room, only mini bar. The view is basically to the wall that is light up at night. Quote noisy neighbourhood, even on the quiet side. The parking was sufficient, but quite small lot so quite difficult to park in. The hotel is around 30min by tram from the city centre. At best this is 2 star hotel with the service provided, not 4.

I used this as base to attend a Dinamo Zagreb football match as the hotel was just 30 minutes walk away. Another 30 minutes beyond that was the town centre which worked great as I was able to have a walk around the Cathedral before heading to the game. Staff were very helpful and hotel was cool.
