Highly recommend

My go to place when I visit Rayong. Always feel relaxed thanks to the staffs and facilities. Great restaurants and a good shopping mall is right next door.

i book this hotel sometimes because of the view and the rooftop pool, great rooms, bed a little bit on the firm side, but ok, good sound isolation of the rooms

The newer hotel around this area. The hotel is clean and nice service. I like IHG group. Next to the hotel there is a shopping center so that we can eat lunch dinner by walking 30 seconds from the hotel.

Good place with excellent breakfast. Nice gym and pool. Staff seem a bit inexperienced in some areas.

Amazing hotel.

Bad service front counter. During check in time, the front desk Told me they will give me food and beverage discounts because i am member. During check out time, i have to paid full amount because they front desk unable to check if i’m member and it take 15min to check around, at the end i paid full amount because taxi waiting. Bot recommended

Excellent hotel however the area needs to be upgraded.

Despite my excitment in stayibg at holiday inn in fact do not expect that level ofcservice you think you are getting from a holiday inn. As its not a main city the english is limited which means if you dont speak Thai you have problems and especially in requesting for things. Do yourself a favor as its next to the mall go there for food its a lot easier and nicer.

All of the staff were very friendly and polite. Don't miss the rooftop restaurant and lounge! Addi and his staff will treat you right.

I was a little bit skeptical to book here but at the same time I was curious how the suites will be in Rayong. It was definitely worth it, the hotel is located in the city centre, which is very close approximate to many other places if you have errands in the city, plus next to a small shopping mall which you can grab some fast foods or have a quick coffee fix at sbux. The suites was spacious and provided a mini kitchen area with coffee machine and a fridge. The cleanliness in the suites was on point. The tub was clean too which I really appreciate. A slight minus point for the bench in the shower room as the ceramic was very slippery and has a sharp edge, be very careful! The downside of the public facility was the hotel has a faulty design on their parking space within the building. The access is too narrow and as you can see the walls were damaged from many cars scratch and hit. The parking space outside the hotel is limited, hence you have to park in that shopping mall instead. Overall it was good suite, budget friendly and OK stay. I wish the hotel management could at least alternate the poor design on the shower bench.

Spacious modern rooms. Top floor restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was truly amazing.

The hotel is well maintained and breakfast is very good.

I like the hotel and would stay there again.The room is adequate size and makes great use of space. The bed is comfortable. The towels and bed sheets are soft and bright white. One annoying aspect is the requirement to use the room key is overdone. I understand as normal the use to access the elevator from the first floor or lobby. But why require them to go from the 29th floor to a lower level? Wouldn't anyone on the top floors already have a room key to have gotten up there? The same is. true of the exercise room. No one can get up there without using a room key on the elevator. So why do they need the room key again to open the doors? To exit the exercise room you must press a button to unlock the doors. Really necessary? I can find no evidence of crime by outsiders in hotels or against tourists in Raylong, Thailand. It feels like one of the safest cities on earth. Finally, the arm chairs in the lobby have the upholstery worn through. The chairs are an eyesore. Reupholster or replace them.

Our stay at this hotel went pretty well. We arrived and was quickly checked into our room with a sea view. They quickly set up an extra bed in our room for my son who ended up joining us. The room was very clean, great views, updated interior and big in size. The offer several options for dining on site. We chose the rooftop bar. This was a little different experience as the service was absolutely horrible. We found that the only person who was truly working was the restaurant manager. Don't get me wrong, he was great, but one person working all the tables as the other staff stood chit chatting doesn't work well with getting refills on your drinks or ordering food. Overall the food was good, but the views from the rooftop bar were the best. We did manage to go down to the pool however, there were so many children in it that we opted out of taking a dip. Suggestion of adult hours at night would be a plus.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The room was very nice and quiet with a great seaview. Very nice breakfast with great service. Pool with super view and fitness very good. Hotel very conveniently located for shopping and city access. Highly recommended.
