Totally ok stay for the money. The hotel didnt have any parking and we had to park outside on the street, but nothing happened to the car. Nice and clean rooms.

definitely more than 2 star accommodation. The cleanest, most modern and stylish apartments we have stayed in. Close to the train station and the train line but the windows and doors make it barely noticeable. Security is great and the area is nice but difficult to park if travelling by car. No wheelchair access.

Eden Rooms is part of an apartment building with no staff on premises. Location was good for La Spezia, but the town itself isn’t nice. I would recommend staying in one of the Cinque Terre towns instead. The room, we booked was a double room but it was two single beds pushed together. The WiFi was very slow. Stayed 3 nights and not once did we get housekeeping, so same towels, rubbish not collected etc. When we arrived it was very clean and nicely renovated. The bed was uncomfortable, the memory foam pillows weren’t the best and we both ended up with consistently sore backs. The towels were very bad quality and thin so weren’t absorbent.Eden Rooms should invest in better quality basics to make up for the non-existent service.
