Overall I had a good stay in this hotel and wouldn't mind returning to it in the future

Fahad and the team are amazing. Breakfast was terrific and loved how there were healthy and indulgent options, with variety every day. Room was clean, no smoke, and lots of sunshine. Bed was soft and supportive. Quiet generally, thick windows, and a newer building. Convenient if you are doing business in this area, with some walkable shops and restaurants, Starbucks. Will stay again.

There was only liquid body soap in the bathroom. No soap for hand wash. The shower had no curtain or glass partition which fills the floor around the shower with water. Breakfast had very limited choices. But in General it is a good and clean hotel

A stay in Riyadh for business, with booking at Best Western Fursan, as usual. Never disappointed with the quality of the prestation. Bedroom large and very confortable. Restaurant, Fitness center, Jacuzzi, Swimming pool, high quality ! Thanks to all staff.

Bit of a remote location but primarily it is a 1 night stop airport hotel so no issues.Clean and comfortable though a small bedroom. Bedding and bed were goodThe light switching system is illogical and complicated. No way to understand it except for pressing all the buttons until you get the effect you desiredAC also not a logical controller and took excessive effort to use. I notice a slight dusty smell in the room which suggests there is a filtration issue - this irritates my nose and I needed to take an anti-allergy anti-histamine tabletIn the morning the curtains would not open as clipped together at the top so I had to stand on a table to unclip themBreakfast was included. A set menu as is common these days. Choice of Arabic or American. I chose the American. Eggs were cold on a cold plate. Beef bacon and sausage was cold and uninspiring. Fruit was ok but tasteless. To be honest, it was pretty poor and the plastic cutlery was very flimsy.Gym is OK and pool area is very nice to look at but cold. Too cold for me to enjoy so it was a waste of time. Who wants to relax in a cold swimming pool?Overall the hotel is fine but I would not go again

Business trip. Stay at Best Western Furlan during covid19 lockdown. A big thanks to all employees of the Hôtel.

Best Hotel for Business location close to Industrial Area - away from city center Traffic

Staff were very, very helpful. The room was recently renovated. It was a single room rhat was on the smaller side though, but it did not bother me. As it was on the ground floor and in the interior of the building it was very quiet, which I asked for.Breakfast was only OK.I would certainly stay again if I were near.
