The parking was not that great, I was afraid to park so far from the hotel. Pool was not heated and cold. A heated pool and even a hot tub would have been nice on a cold, snowy day. My grandchildren love to swim but the small, cold pool was not something I wanted for them.

Room was not ready at check in. Had to wait 2 hours to get our key. Coffee was cold in the morning. I felt bad for employee at front desk she was friendly and professional. Not sure if issue is you can’t find employees for housekeeping or not enough are hired. Another guest that was waiting for her key said this was the 3rd time this happened to her at a Hilton property (different states). In another situation she went to another hotel. You need to fix this issue.

We loved it as soon as we drove up. Clean. Pool was a huge hit for the kids. Front desk workers were accommodating and friendly.

Close to a couple of gas stations (within walking distance) and a restaurant. They even offer room service and the option were awesome!
If you are looking for a comfy and affordable place to rest in between your daily adventures to either the Grand Canyon or Sedona with a very decent continental breakfast, this is your place.

The front desk staff, Juliet, was very nice and she followed up with the check-in process by texting and other services I needed. The upstairs guest had the heavy foot so there was some noisy; other than that, I am glad I stayed here.

Lady who checked me in was not friendly at all. Lacked customer service. The morning staff were kind and welcoming to breakfast, saying good morning. Smashed my fingers a few times with the weird sliding restroom door that blocked the closet entrance. The modern microchip headboard was way too modern. Who wants to think of technology and work when trying to get comfortable and sleep. Coffe packets seems outdated evidenced by film of dust on the very bottom shelf where they were located, under the TV cabinet. Bed was way too soft. Mattresses may need to be changed out. And the kicker $7.50 for a parking. It’s not even a resort style hotel.

I’m not sure coerced flagstaff charging for parking is ridiculous and I xtra sofa bed was not so good . Got a back pain for me over night ..

Dislike: hard water, didn’t cut soap; couldn’t eat the breakfast eggs, they contained dairy.

Really nice place to stay!!! I highly recommend this place and very central location to all attractions.

The room did not have any drawers, beds were not cleaned/remade for 3 nights, refrigerator was not working, no exhaust in the bathroom so it kept smelling and lastly the walls were paper thin so very hard to get sleep in the night.

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good with a lot of variety. We were stuck in Flagstaff with car trouble. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and kind when we ended up hanging out in the lobby more than we usually do.

Do not get them give you room #214. Next to a noisy elevator and view on roof fan. All for full price of the room.

Front desk girls were great, very helpful and nice. But the actual hotel was so dirty :[ everywhere was filthy, look close and you can see it has not been cleaned good in ages. Dirty bloody bandaid in our room my toddler tried to eat, hair all in our bathroom shower (not ours) just ick everywhere. Pool area was freezing and again dirty! And that was a main selling point for booking this hotel.

Overall it was good. Great breakfast selection every morning, friendly staff and comfortable beds. But it came with a few minuses. When we first arrived the shower had that pink slime in the shower. The pillows were awful, flat and lumpy. The doors SLAMMED shut. So not much sleep.

Will not stay at this or any other Hilton property again. We were charged a pet fee when we were led to believe the fee was included. Pool had no towels. Staff told my husband that the cleaners don’t come in until 9am so gave my husband a hand towel to dry off with.

Indoor pool closed. Checked in online with arrival time 3:00 the day before and picked room. Checked in the day of and room not ready until after 5:00pm. Not alot near by except 1 restaurant.

Staff was very nice but our foldout couch was disgusting. It has stains all over the mattress and there was no bedding in the room for the foldout. I went down to the lobby and she gave me sheets and a blanket. We put three layers of sheets on it.
