Beautiful property and staff very helpful. One small complaint: the wireless internet was very slow for some reason. Much slower than at other hotels at which I have stayed in China.

Everything is wonderful, thanks to Jah for your professional and friendly arrangement. If something I would like to help improve that is the swimming pool. Please open on time and in time and make sure all the facilities are ready for customers. Also the receptionist who is a young lady should learn and improve a polite professional hospitality.

Service was very helpful. Room was exceptional. Would love to stay here again if I had the chance to stop by Beijing.

The hotel room is huge and clean. Staff are friendly, especially Mr Neo, who offered to help us to purchase the forbidden city entrance ticket online, and etc. The hotel is just located besides a huge shopping mall 'Joy City', with lots of international brand and local brand shops and resturants. There are also afew 'older' shopping mall along the streets. A local food eating house is situated just across the hotel, and also afew local food stall at the older shopping mall nearby, so gettting economical meals is convenient.

Location was good. The room was very warm as the thermostat could not be changed, this made it uncomfortable to sleep through the night. We stayed 3 nights so it was quite tough. We had a faulty shower which we requested to be fixed and this wasn’t done. All else was good.

Wifi connection poor, bathroom have stains, and doors don’t close completely. Carpet also had dirty stains all over. The hotel room not worth the price I paid.

I would like to commend Kevin Kang for his exceptional service in helping me retrieve my items which I had accidentally left behind when I checked out. He arranged for its delivery to another city where I was n followed up to ensure I had received them, even though he wasn't working that day. Thanks for giving me peace of mind. Examplery service. Room is clean, quiet and spacious. Staffs are courtesy and helpful. Location is near to mrt (around 10 mins). It is close to Xidan shopping area and convenient for dining.

The location is wonderful, with eateries and shopping close by. Staff service and check In was smooth and we had our room upgraded.

Wonderful hotel! We stayed in room 1525 and it was beautiful and clean. I’m very particular about hotels and this met my standards. It was refreshing to go out and explore during the day and then return to such a lovely room. Staff were very helpful. Not everyone spoke English fluently but it was easy enough to communicate. Good location that is close to Xi’dan metro stop and 2 stops away from Tiananmen Square and the forbidden city. There were many upscale stores and typical food courts located in the shopping mall down the street. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed in 4 rooms. All rooms were big and lovely. Good location near shopping and restaurants. Great service. We informed hotel that one group has early flight and rooms were ready for checkin when they arrived.

We stayed 4 nights and were sad to leave. The beds were super-comfortable, and the large, deep bathtub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The pool and sauna were terrific. We didn’t try the lunch buffet, but breakfast and dinner were excellent. After dinner the servers convened as a band and played live music in the bar area (fun and not noisy: one family member was too tired to stay for the music & said the hotel is so well-constructed that he could no longer hear the band once he left the lobby area). All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. We especially appreciated the concierges and cleaners. One tiny complaint is that one night we asked for extra drinking water and it did not arrive; we suspect that the cute little delivery robot was intercepted by another guest. This hotel charges more than most for an extra rollaway, but we knew that before we checked in. The location is great, convenient to major sites and the metro. Lots of restaurants and and coffee shops nearby.
