One of the best hotels I have been to in a while. They were behind the 300.00 a night hotel and you would have thought we were in that hotel! They even asked if we were satisfied with our rooms. The breakfast was with many options and super clean!!!

The front desk was helpful. The room was spacious and clean but the lighting was not very good. It was dark at night. Very nice stay overall.

Our family had a great stay at the Cincinnati Holiday Inn. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious, the internet was fast and reliable, the pool area was immaculate and well-kept, and the staff was friendly.

First of all, the toilet seat was covered in fecal matter. Then we were surprised to find our car window missing at 10am. The front desk stated it happened at 4am but no one notified us. It sat there for 6 hours for people to pilfer through as they wish. They told us this has happened 14 times in the last week. I met two of the people in the parking lot, waiting for their rental cars to arrive so they could get home. Very unsafe part of town! Do not recommend.

Room was spacious, bedding clean and comfy. Carpet and furniture older. Bathroom was terrible, mold on ceiling, pubic hair on the side of the tub, and dirt in the cracks along the side of the tub.

The staff and hotel was very nice/clean. The breakfast was adequate… the cooked items were cold and the orange juice was watered down. But there were lots of other options and I loved the pancake “easy bake” oven. Thank you !

It was just ok. Needed some updates. No linens for pull out couch. We called and had to go down and get them ourselves and then they gave us a very thin blanket and no pillows. Shampoo and soap dispensers in shower were empty. Ice machine on the floor did not work.

We had a great stay, Breakfast was great. Very clean. The pool was perfect for the grandkids. Very nice facility with great staff at front desk and at the breakfast area.

Security guard is a bit of an ass though. Coworker and I were standing outside waiting for Uber, he was holding a box with both hands, I was holding a phone in one hand and water bottle in the other. Guy comes up aggressively telling us to move to the side for the smoking area(neither of us smoke). We tried to tell him this after a bit of confusion who he was talking to and he insists I had a cigarette in my hand with a huge attitude.

The condition of the hotel was a bit disappointing. Major cracks in the walls, dirty in the hallways and elevators with trash overflowing in the community trash cans. Our fridge was not working in our room which was very upsetting because we had left overs that obviously went bad. We crossed this one off our list.

We were permitted early check-in... needed to be at our son's wedding at 2:30. Bed was big, clean and comfortable. Lovely hot breakfast; scrambled eggs and spicy tator tots. Pancakes smelled delicious. Nice sized breakfast area. Would recommend.

We arrived after 12 hours of driving to find that they would not accept us because we had a dog which I added to the reservation when I booked it. I was extremely angry over this. There was no room at any other hotels so we had to drive further to stay at a Best Western.

Stay wanted bad, breakfast was not the best but had a pancake maker instead of waffle maker. Charged the wrong card cause staff didn't care

Good breakfast. The worst things are that there is no light near bench for suitcases. Can't see clothes. The other objection is that containers for soap at sunk are way too high and hardvtonuse. In shower, containers for shampoo, etc. are at eye height for me (5ft4in) and I got shot in eye by conditioner.

Overall ok for a quick stay. There were some door pieces on the elevator, coffee was out from time to time… the room shower drain was not working and that was not cool.

The room had a terrible smell near the refrigerator and coffee station that was covered up by an overly strong disinfectant. It smelled like there was a dead animal in my room.
There was no butter or cream cheese at breakfast and limited other options. When I asked for butter I was told, "Can't you use something else on your toast?"

Didn’t like: lighting in room not placed in right places, no light at desk so I could read sitting down; TV remote not easy to use and no printed guide; light over And behind is a bad idea; faucet and drain in sink did not work properly in room 128; heat in room was 65 when we entered. And it took 35 minutes to warm it up to 75,

Pool was not operational and I found a dead spider on pillow. I would not have booked if I would have known the pool was not open. I had 2 kids on the stay with me who were excited about the pool. The staff told me I would get a $35 refund but when I called back they said they couldn’t.

I've visited this Hotel on many occasions and I Always have had a very nice stay. The whole experience was problem free and relaxing. And the Mger. Ruth is a very informative person that shows her Guest attention as well as making sure your stay was satisfied. I Give her 5 stars
