Room was “worn out”. Pool broke.. no tv channels…not enough towels…furniture beat up. One room I rented had no refrigerator.. could be cleaner

Room was not cleaned well bathroom still had a used qtip on the floor saw a roach in the bathroom(only saw one) stairwell had spiderwebs and spiders all in it and hadn’t been cleaned the side door did not lock or close fully(very unsafe) phone in the room did not have the actual phone only had the dial pad! Staff was not informative of anything just told me my room number and what time check out was

Was a decent place showers were kind of nasty and could use repairs I stayed twice in two different rooms and both showers were bad other than that it was a decent place

There was mold in the shower, on the bathroom walls, the shower was dirty. Only one light worked. There were missing light bulbs. The chair & curtains were filthy. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and left. There was mold in our ice bucket! The a/c took 12 hours to cool the room down. The staff would smoke together directly outside of the entrance. I took pictures, asked to speak to the manager, and was told they weren’t there. I emailed the pictures and received no response. This room was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

We loved the hotel, but honestly... every time we entered or left we all smelled like smoke from the staff members congregated in one big, long smoke break just outside the front door. There was a sign indicating a $250 fine for smoking there... but the whole hotel smelled like smoke! (staff?)
There were 3-5 big, heavy ladies constantly hanging around the lobby and front of the place smoking up a storm.

Nice, clean and very quiet The breakfast was excellent. Biscuits and gravy every morning. The only complaint my husband had was the pillows were to small and way to soft. I travel with my own pillow. We will be back next year, love the location to where we need to be.

My overall stay was positive. The room was very clean, the staff were really friendly. Karen was especially a sweetheart. It was my first time visiting Tennessee and she suggested some places to see and had very pleasant conversations. The breakfast was very good every morning. The room was very comfortable, but the only thing I had a problem with was the water pressure was very low making it challenging to shower and the ironing board needed a new pad, but I was able to get another one from the housekeeping staff. As mentioned earlier the overall experience was a very positive one.

The staff is really friendly and do their best to make sure everything is well. However the room we were assigned, the bathroom wall and tub were full of mold, the staff was very quick to give us a different room. (The rest of the room was clean )

We booked a room online and then arrived to be told they did not have a room for us. The front desk attendant was very nice though.

Hot water took an EXTREMELY LONG time for taking a shower.
The location was good adjacent to the interstate, but would look at other choices if staying in the area again.

Everything about this stay was great with one exception, we found a cockroach in the sheets. We reported it to the front desk on check out but nobody reached out. The room itself is very modern and comfortable, literally everything was great except the cockroach and lack of response.

When I came up there were staff members out front smoking. The bathroom was not clean. There were hairs. There was a weird bug in there.

Recently refurbished, it’ll do for a stop over as it’s right off the interstate. However, if you’re from a local county in TN, they charge an extra $200 cash only deposit. Be advised it’s cash only!!

After 10 hours of driving, we were ready to just shower and sleep. One bed in the room had a dirty comforter and the other bed was completely broken, it kept tipping over. The walls were stained and peeling, the water did not get all the way hot and the shower head was terrible, not spraying evenly.

Bathroom was the worst. Fan light did not work so it was dark. Was told on back order. The door rubbed on the tile so it was almost imposable to open or close the door. We stayed there 6 months ago and same issue in different room. The tub stop was not in place, just laying around, because it was broke. The fan never removed any moister. I wonder if they even have maintenance people. The juice machine, didn't work last time and still didn't work.

First night-Woke up Saturday and bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Walked in hall and smelled like cigarettes. Chose hotel for kids due to indoor pool. Upon arrival, note at front desk said pool was closed.

Paid extra because of Spring break, Pool was not working, room was nice but no TV programming unless you entered your own streaming channels.
Trash can at the entrance was overflowing and when we checked in the desk clerk was on break and the phone was ringing off the hook. Would stay again but not at spring break rates.

Booked the Sleep Inn because it was rated relatively high. Unfortunately, the top blankets were stained, the carpet was stained (looked like it hadn’t been shampooed in a while), the fridge didn’t work and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I’ve certainly stayed in worse, it have stayed in hotels that appear shadier on the outside and certainly were in better condition. I understand everyone is short staffed these days, but seems like no one is keen on regular maintenance - just the run the properties in the ground while making as much as possible.

Remote for TV didn't work. No one at desk when we got ready to check out. Finally just left keys on desk. Room was clean except for bathroom floor. Beds comfortable.

Having some rooms available with a hand-held shower head would be an inexpensive but excellent improvement.
