If you are going with family and you are a person of color, don’t ever do the mistake of picking up this property especially during schoolies, where you are guaranteed to be harassed. They shouldn’t open up this hotel for families during schoolies time

Very disappointed to see holes in the carpet along with only providing 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 small cake of soap Good location but work needs to be done to bring apartment up to standard and for the price you pay it needs to include toiletries!!!

We loved it here, will definitely be coming back… the most convenient location, great apartment with everything and the views were awesome. Being 50m from Cavill was a plus but we loved every bit of it

Amazing views. Quality apartment. The location could get a bit noisy/busy in high season as it’s right in the middle of Surfers Paradise. We were there during the working week and it wasn’t an issue. Depending on age/preferences that can be a positive or negative.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. The property is in a very poor, it’s just filthy. I have stayed in this same property in 2016, it has not been touched since. Walls are dirty, stained, it’s just disgusting.
When we came in the carpets seemed not to be vacuumed, bed pillow sheets were stained yellow and have proof of that. We had cockroaches in the kids bedroom and I have photos of it..as soon as we entered we went to Woolworths and doesn’t $80 in cleaning supplies and wiped, scrubbed and washed before our children can use. It is the most disgusting experience we have ever had.

The apartment is clean and spacious and in close proximity to the heart of Surfers Paradise.
However the checkin process could be more personalized and less confusing by not using messaging to communicate to inform us of where to locate the checkin office and collecting the keys from a safe box. Why have an office in the first place if there is no one present? This is especially true for first timers.

The property was great as it had many different things provided such as a pool and a playground. The property is also nearby to many restaurants and activites which are easily accessible by just walking out from the property. The only downside is the lifts which had a long waiting time.

My bed was sinking and felt poor quality like I could feel the springs I know it’s an old apartment but the bed needs an upgrade

Apartment is nice and spacious and the view is amazing.
Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. However there was an issue with the aircon and no instruction manual to adjust the temp. So it was either freezing or really warm.
There were also 9 lights that were blown or not working.
Otherwise the facilities were great. Location is fabulous and within walking distance to dining, transport and attractions. Parking was safe and large enough to fit a 4wd in comfortably.
