The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Everything is within such close proximity, it's walkable and if you want to get public transport, that's also very easy to do. We were disappointed with the hotel overall. We had told them it was our honeymoon when booking, and this was never even acknowledged during our stay. One day our room was left with the door wide open for several hours after the room had been cleaned, thankfully nothing was taken. There were very limited options at breakfast for my husband who is gluten intolerant. We were excited to enjoy the wine and cheese hour, but this was actually happening at the hotel next door in the ground floor restaurant. We had thought this would be on the roof terrace and this was very disappointing given the lovely weather. Also, only when we got to the hotel were we told our roof terrace did not have a bar open until 4pm and if we wanted to sit by the pool during the day, we couldn't get food or drink. This was a real shame as one of the main reasons for us booking this hotel was the rooftop pool and terrace. The room was nice, but for the price of the hotel we didn't think it was anything special. Overall, just a bit of a shame because we had really hoped for a wonderful trip for our honeymoon and this just didn't live up to our expectations at all given the reviews we had read.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. The hotel was generous with all of their enemies. We receive a bottle of wine and in the evening we received a bottle of foot balm to ease our feet from walking around Barcelona. They even have a washer dryer to use for free. Breakfast was awesome. Everything was fresh, especially the fresh juices. Upon check out, we had to go to Vilanova i la Geltrú and wanted to take the train. Sara wrote down the instructions including the train station, which train to take, and the nane of the train stop. We got to our destination easily. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Sara!

The hotel overall was excellent—my only complaint would be a few scuffs on the walls and our bathroom door handle which had a scew loose. Despite these small things, I loved my stay and the hotel felt upscale and unique. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, including for the health conscious. I loved the welcome Prosecco, happy hour, and the hospitality of the staff. Shower pressure was awesome. And although the beds were firm, despite some other reviews, they were super comfortable. I asked for two separate beds and received a double which was easy enough to just pull apart. What stands out most for me happened on my last day, when I had left my laptop in the room and only noticed once I made it through airport security. After frantically calling the front desk, a very kind staff member went above and beyond and flagged down a taxi for me, made sure I had all the pertinent driver details, and helped get it hand delivered in time for me to make my flight. They truly helped me in a stressful situation, and I’m so grateful! I would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED Yurbban Passage! It was a charming hotel in a fantastic neighborhood… highly walkable with a great variety of restaurants, shops and bars. The hotel lobby was a destination unto itself and the staff could not have been friendlies. The hotel pool is quite small, but it was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. I am very particular about my hotel accommodations and this was one of the best hotels in which I’ve ever stayed.

Lovely place to stay! The spa in the basement is such a bonus. Everyone is so kind and helpful and the sangria on the roof is delicious! The rooms are beautiful, well appointed, and spacious. Rooftop gets HOT so good thing there is a pool with great views.

Our stay at Hotel Yurbban Passage was superb. The hotel is a quiet boutique hotel with a great location for sightseeing and shopping in Barcelona. It is super clean and stylishly decorated with all of the conveniences you could want, including a lovely rooftop pool and bar, a calming basement spa and an excellent restaurant on the main level. We absolutely loved the breakfast every morning. The beds and pillows are excellent and we slept very well our entire stay. Finally, I can't say enough about the staff, from the super helpful front desk staff (a special thanks to Fran for his fantastic smile and excellent restaurant recommendations), to the efficient restaurant staff who made some of the best cappuccinos I have ever had. This hotel is a 5 out of 5!

Super Hotel

Great location - clean and safe

We have just checked out after 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. The breakfast is really fantastic, the breakfast waitresses and the reception staff are lovely - so friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent and the free wine and cheese at 6.30pm every evening was a nice touch. The rooftop pool and bar area is lovely. It is easily walkable to everywhere. We can’t think of anything negative to say at all. It is a really wonderful boutique hotel and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

fantastic hotel. staff is exceptionally helpful. we loved the rooftop bar/pool and the breakfasts. one if the nicest hotel experiences i’ve had in years. not stuffy/overly pretentious, but beautiful setting, cleans comfortable rooms and attentive thoughtful service.

Great walking location to many tourist highlights of Barcelona. We felt safe walking the neighborhood. Great restaurants close by which was good as the hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very attentive. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly too!! Beautiful and well equipped gym. Spa pool was lovely just not open very late

This is my favorite hotel to stay at every time I go to Barcelona. It’s quiet, exquisite yet right in the middle of everything.

Great hotel that did all the details right - front desk service (directions, making change, and helping with taxis). Daily spa was a nice plus, as was the daily turn down and treats. Also, the pools on rooftops were fantastic, as was the daily happy hour (included for all guests)!

I took my twin daughters to Barcelona as one twin had not been 6years ago so she requested this place as a city break. Although 3 of our to go to places were booked or shut bc of the drought, we saw new places this time. From the moment we stepped into this hotel its fresh fragrance captivated the senses & each time we returned after exploring the city. The staff were amazing at check in & the next day with guidance on tickets to attractions. Fran especially was kind enough to help me with booking of the spa & a picture I’d left in the lobby. The room itself was divine with a queen size bed slept soundly each night. On entering the room I was welcomed with a gorgeous gift, a scented candle & sweets with a personalised hand written card. What a warm feeling it created. There was even an umbrella in the wardrobe. The inspirational quotes around the room were thought provoking. There were robes & slippers too. The spa was divine & included daily but I felt a little sad that it was only for 30mins. We could’ve had at least an hour. Despite the limited duration the jacuzzi & jet sprays were what I thought a swimming pool at first but delighted to discover it was a thermal pool. We were given water bottles. The steam sauna & relaxing beds were absolutely amazing. There was a pool on terrace too but we did not have time to enjoy that. We rushed back especially for the spa at 8 after aching bodies exploring Barcelona. The breakfast was beautifully presented in an elegant dining area.

The hotel and staff were very pleasant and helpful, it’s convenient for most of the sites to see in Barcelona. The breakfast was good and the bars well stocked. Rooftop bar and pool has excellent views but I would have liked it to stay open a bit later than 10 pm although you are in a residential part of the city. Would recommend.

The hotel and staff were lovely, nothing was too much effort. Free WiFi hot-spot to carry around was a bonus. Breakfast had an excellent selection. Definitely worth booking the spa.

We had the best staff in the world .. David and Hannah were kind and patient and fave is great advice on where to go etc .. we recommend this place for the breakfast too… staff serving breakfast were awesome as well
